That weird message seems to be everywhere, especially on the daily stuff. If you click on it, you get logged out. BUT, if you click on the “log out of WW” door in the upper left, then click “NO” when it asks if you want to log out, it clears that other message, too. You have to do it multiple times as you move through the tasks, but at least you can get them done. Hopefully the Webkinz Tech Folks (er, or Nuts and Boltz!) can get it fixed soon. Good luck!!

Yep, same thing here, but it’s also happening to me every time I try to enter the Arcade or Today’s Activities. Once I’m force-logged out and log into my account again, the same thing happens again. The ‘… failed to retrieve data…” thing is the same message I’m getting too. Glad I’m not the only one but I hope it’s fixed soon =(
Hey, everyone! The “Failed to retrieve data for ‘view’ descriptor(s) matching [4311] id(s)/tag(s)” is happening to everyone. But to get out of that problem, here are a few tips: Click on Nafaria(if she appears) and say whatever you want, and when she disappears, the arcade will be free with none of those problems. But after you get out of the game, it’ll return. And you can also click ‘Things To Do’ and leave, and it’ll be gone. ;) I hope this problem gets fixed!

I am having the same problems. Sky diving blue jay and logging out.
For anyone looking for solutions to the broken screens: Just go to the screen, and when the error pops up, click the log-out button (open door icon in the top right). It will ask if you want to logout; say no, and you can now access the screen! It’s a quick fix for now.
