Ok. I hope that you check back and see this ~ggram. I had an idea and I thought I’d give it a try. I uninstalled the Webkinz mobile app from my tablet, and then I reinstalled it. It has been working fine since then, so maybe it just likes a clean slate every once in a while! Again, I hope that you see this suggestion, and give it a try! Good luck!

This is great; I like that the mobile app is part of the event. But I keep missing the bird, even though I click on it repeatedly…any tricks to this?
first, birds start flying after about 10 minutes and 5 minutes between: it’s too long. Can you make them fly slower, I have small screen and topping, topping until they gone and have to wait another 5 minutes. It’s difficult with this speed to catch them. Thank you for your help! I hope you can do something about it. Please, make to catch something more than windows and paddles.
Is it possible to get floating bird faster? It’s not much to do there to get floating bird. Yesterday I got 3 windows and 2 rain paddles, today I got 3 rain paddles and 2 windows. Is it any chance to get something better then that?

Hi Ganz team! The mobile app keeps logging me off (yesterday and today). I’ll get maybe two things done before I get another Nuts and Bolts message. Therefore, I’m not getting any opportunities to find the chickadee. Is there a simple fix?
Hello Beckinz8, My mobile just doesn’t work at all, It just freezes up. or says that nuts and bolts have been working and messed something up, Can’t even log in.

Is there any way Webkinz can speed up the frequency of how often the bird flys? I am only seeing them after being on mobile for 10 minutes then it’s 5 minutes in between not only that my account is deluxe and yet it still is only giving me 3 per day . There isn’t a lot to do on Mobile sure would be nice if you gave all webkinz players a chance to get these and put it on webkinz.com I know I would greatly appreciate it as it’s hard to tap that bird before it’s gone. Thanks for reading and any help you can offer us Webkinz.
Please feel fortunate, I haven’t been able to even get logged in, Webkinz freezes and I’ve tried so many times and nothing.
This is SO not worth it! I stared at my phone for over a half hour to get 4 rain puddles and boots both of which I have ( I have over 100 puddles). At least on the web you can go to today’s activities, vacation island, flower collection, clubhouse… while you wait, AND I always have multiple windows open and multiple accounts (sometimes as many as 8!) so I wait for all at the same time. On the phone, there is nothing to do except hang out in your room but my phone is too small for me to really do anything and i get frustrated when I try to decorate so I basically just sat and stared and mom said “No way” would she let me do each account seperately because I would basically do nothing all day!
Well Ganz you will now get to see more ranting from me. Everyone says they see the bird every 5 minutes but on my phone it is every 6 minutes and sometimes it skips a cycle. Like today, twice it did not show up at 6 minutes and if it doesn’t show up at 6 it won’t show up at 7 or 8, nooo, you have to wait another 6 minutes (12 minutes total!) I was trying to at least get them on my main account (we gave up on the others- too much time). My mom is a webkinz player (not as much as me and my cousin but she likes to get on sometimes) and she got mad at me for staring at my phone (and not cleaning the kitchen) and banned me from my phone until the promotion is over. Now I have NO chance of getting the sapling. My cousin will share the prizes she can but she is only getting puddles too. This was a BAD idea Ganz!!!!!!!
