The team at Ganz has been busy working on a new Webkinz project that is now ready to play!
Like other recent large projects, this will first require Beta Testers to help us work out bugs, send regular feedback, and make improvements. The initial Beta Testers will be a small select group, but we will be expanding the number of testers over time.
Note: At this time, only players using Windows 10 will be able to join the Beta.
If you are interested in joining the Beta Tester group, please send an email to: ganzworldsupport@ganz.com. Please include your Webkinz login name in the email.
In your reply, please also tell us as much as you can about the computer you will be testing on, such as its CPU, amount of RAM, monitor size and video card. If you cannot provide all of this information—don’t worry—you will still be eligible.
If you need help finding this information, we’ve written a handy guide here.
If you are selected to participate, we will send you a follow up email with more information.
Participation will require agreeing to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for the length of the Beta Test.
Thank you to all of our Webkinz fans and we look forward to revealing more about this exciting project soon!
I have Windows 10 and I’d love to be a Beta Tester! I emailed my PC’s specs and monitor info to Webkinz a few minutes ago.
If my laptop isn’t good enough I’ll get a better one ^^” kidding, of course! (mostly lol) I’d love to help out in any way I can <3

I am so interested to hear what is coming soon! So exciting!!!
Please help! I was just going to adopt the Whooo La La Owl and it’s gone everywhere. I love it! Please make it available. I was busy all day and only now I was going to get it. Please add it to the estore. :(!!!
I sent an email! I would love to be picked for this! I am on Webkinz a lot!
I don’t have Windows 10, but my Dad does. I’ll see if I can talk him into it. This had better be in addition to the original Webkinz World and not a replacement. I’ve seen it before: new site replaces the old, old site shuts down, new site shuts down soon after because loyal fans liked the old one and those who crave change for change’s sake soon got bored of the new one, and then there’s nothing left. Remember, nothing has been as successful as Webkinz World – Nakamas fizzled out, Tail Town, I mean what even was that, who knows; even Amazing World shut down (which is too bad since I absolutely loved it). Don’t discard the Tried and True just for the sake of novelty. Changing things up to attract new fans doesn’t require throwing out what has worked for FIFTEEN YEARS.
Maybe it’s a “replacement” that keeps the features the same, but recodes everything in something besides Flash that will allow Webkinz to continue to grow and develop well into the future.
Sounds super exciting, I know I’ll be sending you guys an email soon! Thanks for giving us this awesome opportunity!
