This is off topic I was wondering why you have not mentioned to CAST YOUR VOTE for the 2021 Pet Design Finalists which runs February 15-17, 2021. I would not have even known that we were to CAST A VOTE unless seeing it under the Contest tab -> Current Contest.

Hello, Putting this here since no place to note in Ganz e-Store…Normally the systems are updated by 9:30 am. However, it is almost 11 and there are still five notifications for things that expired yesterday. Running a little behind today?
Why are you in a rush? Ganz has done so much for us! Give them a break.
I don’t know where you live, but today, there are major winter storm systems starting from southern US stretching up through New England and going further north into Canada. Things are pretty much shut down where I live because we normally don’t get this much ice. I feel fortunate to still have heat and power. I don’t mind giving a little leeway to waiting for updates considering those who create the updates may be hampered by these frigid, ice winter conditions. Stay warm and safe, everyone!
I understand there are weather issues and that Ganz has done a lot – just asking because there could be an issue they don’t realize…How would they know if no one points it out or asks the question? I was not mean nor derogatory…just asking in case they have an answer they would like to share with us so we know if we need to wait a few hours or days.

Has Magic Mire been fixed yet, so that it doesn’t freeze the whole screen when clicking on it?
It freezes mine, but if I wait a couple minutes it unfreezes.
The desktop app has been running a lot smoother of late on all the Charm Forest areas for me. There is still occasional lag and if you win a charm or figurine it takes a minute to work through. So yes, there’s still issues but it does run smoother than before when you couldn’t even get through a session.
