I enjoy everything about being a deluxe member and that is the best money I spend every year. You get so much value if you are a daily player, which I am! Those extra jobs and classes really help with challenges. If you try it, you will be so happy. On another note, Sally Webkinz, I have been trying to use the new app for the desktop. I like the larger dock and overall it looks really good. My only problem is when I open to app it won’t remember my username and password and since we had to create new more secure passwords recently I made a really long one and it is annoying to have to type it in every time! I use the app on my MAC desktop at home. Is there a reason we need the username and password every time?
Again, why are the eStore mystery bags not able to be sent straight to our Webkinz accounts? I refuse to buy any until this is changed. I will not enter codes anymore. It is outdated and frustrating! On a happier note, I just saved 85,000 points from NOT buying coded mystery bags!!
If you want, you could send Ganz coins directly to your Webkinz account and then your pet can buy Mystery Bags that are available in the WShop. Clarifier: I do not know if all bags listed in the eStore are available in WShop. The WShop options may be limited.
I have been a Deluxe member and active player for over a decade now. I just went to purchase the Deluxe Wednesday Special in the eStore Main and for some reason I was able to purchase 10 bags. I opened the 10 bags in my ww account and then decided to go purchase more bags. I was trying to see how many bags I could purchase and when I got a lil blue pop up saying I didn’t have enough points so I go to remove some bags and check and see just how many I could get for the adjustment in my cart. When the page just logged me out and then now gives me a message saying my estore account has not been active for a while and to contact customer service or make a new account? I don’t understand this? I can request a password change which I did thinking my account had been breached so I change my password thinking that was the case and nope still can’t get into my estore main account and when I click the little x to exit contact customer service I get and error page. I don’t understand how an account can be inactive when I just used it to purchase the Wednesday special? I have spent 100′s on this estore account and still have over 70 dollars worth of points on it. I would like my account back and safe please?

This has happened to me twice in the recent past for no reason. Often it happens just after I have purchased a load of estore points or logged in on several days to buy items and pets, which is very annoying. It must be a glitch as I check the estore daily and log in pretty often as I buy stuff every few weeks, especially the new pets.
Sally Just a question but not so simple sorry.Mobile phones have no ACTIVITIES page. When FLASH leaves if any of us ELUXE people becuse of storms or whatever cant get on out laptops . They can’t log in on ACTIVITIES to get DELUXE items! Can you ask them for a LANDING PAGE where we can collect ‘DELIVERIES” the mail theme nd cargo plnes coul be a great backdrop for this page on phones. When ba storms or Twisters things cuse troubles its so nice not to miss special Deluxe things. THANK YOU for listening.
I agree. I can never access the activities and whenever I play games, it just never registers the same way towards missions as does the actual game on browser. However, I am very glad that the mobile at least has updated itself to be free to all users (I should have not paid 99 cents for the version originally and now I cannot get a refund) and I can now sell items back to the WShop. All I can say is that the mobile Webkinz app has definitely gotten better over time, but needs lots of improvement still.
So would I as currently I have to take my laptop with me and, as I am often away for three weeks at a time or longer on holiday, it means the annoyance of airport security and lugging it around so I can keep playing as I play both of my accounts daily. When they said they were going to an app I hoped I would be able to do it all on my Kindle Fire. I don’t mind if I can’t do all of it, but collection events, deluxe items and challenges and all other special monthly things need to be on there. I can manage not taking my pets to school, but do want to be able to continue with the special things. Maybe you could make it so anyone missing a special item or event could be able to catch up later for a short length of time, that would help those who can’t log in or forget so they don’t miss items they really want.
I love the deluxe membership. The prize from this month, the pantry, is stuck in my map’s inventory, which is likely a bug. Can you please help me get it back into my inventory so that I can put it in my kitchen again? I sent an email last week, but haven’t gotten a response yet.

It probably has to do with the coronavirus and a lot more people are on Webkinz because they are at home all day. Plus Webkinz peeps are mostly working from home if I remember correctly.

Deluxe looks like it would be fun, but I am having too much trouble just playing the regular Webkinz. I keep getting a dark screen or even a blank screen when I try to go to certain places.
My main browser if Firefox, but Webkinz does not work on Firefox for me too! I switched to Chrome for Webkinz (Firefox is still my main browser) and I’m going to switch to desktop by November. Best thing to do is probably download the desktop app!
If you’re using a browser you should switch to the Desktop app. I now use the desktop app because of I use a browser such as Chrome, I often get stuck on the green loading screen.
I just downloaded the desktop app the other day. I am not the least bit computer savvy. I waited until my son was home so he could help me. I did it all myself and didn’t even need his help. It walks you through everything, even downloading flash. I was even able to do it on my computer at work with no problem. Really like the desktop app!!!

As a deluxe member you can make 2,000 KC every day doing daily activities, as a non-deluxe member you make around 750 KC. So there’s that.

Tinygma, there is a desktop app for Webkinz on the front page. Don’t worry–Webkinz is not going away once Flash is gone. =)
