As everyone is getting ready to open up their gifts tomorrow, we thought it would be a fun idea to show some of the work that goes into designing a Webkinz pet’s Gift Box. The concept artists use the design of a pet when deciding how each Gift Box should look like. Once they have sketched out a few ideas, the drawings are sent to the Art Director who chooses the final design.
The horn of the Swirly Curl Unicorn was incorporated into this Gift Box:
The stripes of the Striped Cheeky Cat stand out nicely on this Gift Box:
The pattern of the Snowflake Pup is featured on the ribbon of this Gift Box:
I like how the fur of the Signature WestHighland Terrier was incorporated into the final design of this Gift Box:
The ribbon on this Gift Box looks like the tail of the Webkinz Rockerz Raccoon:
There is no mistaking that this Gift Box belongs to the Enchanted Goat:

For the Rockerz Raccoon I think you should’ve picked the box on the far left corner instead. also, Can you add the design for the Sapphire Pegasus, Majestic Tiger, Teacup Yorkie, Ribbon Yorkie, Tomato Clown Fish, Blue Ave Pomeranian, and the Gingerbread Pup please? I know it’s a lot to ask… But PLEASEEEEEE???!!!

The gift boxes are so cool! So much thought and creativity go into them. The only thing I don’t like is that once you open them all that hard and stunning work disappears. I think it would be great if we got a small decoration of our gift boxes to keep in our pets rooms. It could also be a storage container. This would be great for all gift boxes, not only PSI ones, and those who don’t want them can trade or sell them. If this does happen, which I think it should, it would be nice to get the gift box decorations of the pets we already have too.
