Hi! I’ve wondered for several years what Polarberry tastes like/what you’d imagine it to taste like. It looks so delicious, and it’s the greatest of all the berries! At least, in my opinion (: A friend of mine would also like to know What Goo Goo Berry tastes like. – Wysteria
What a wonderful question, Wysteria! I decided to taste both a Goo-Goo Berry and a Polarberry and see for myself. The Polarberry reminded me a bit of blueberry, but with a hint of mint! It was juicy and refreshing… and made my mouth feel cold. The Goo-Goo Berry was very chewy — kind of like a bubblegum texture, and each chew tasted a bit different… a little bit of strawberry… a little bit of kiwi… even a little bit of banana. I have a feeling that these special fruit probably taste different to everyone who tries them!
Dear Fiona, could you tell us the best ways to get exclusive items? If we send a letter to Webkinz (to the address listed) what will happen? – snowpuff529
Thanks for your questions, snowpuff529! I’ll answer your second question first… if you send it to the address listed below, it will eventually get forwarded to my office, and I might pick it to post here! (Comments are obviously faster, and don’t require postage!) As for your first question, here goes:
There are a few ways you can get your own Exclusive items. 1.) You’ll get a random Exclusive item with every pet adoption. 2.) You can collect and redeem Wish Tokens in the Wish Factory to get the Exclusive item of your choice. 3.) If you get three Wishing Wells in the middle of row of Wishing Well 2, you can pick the Exclusive item of your choice. 4.) You can trade for one in the Trading Room.

Hi Fiona! I really love the game “Hatch the Dragon,” but I’m not a Deluxe Member and aren’t really interested in becoming one. In the mobile app, I can buy a Deluxe game for 2500 eStore points. If I do this, will it also be unlocked on the desktop version? – OfficialSassy
I like Hatch the Dragon, too! When you unlock a game on the mobile app, it only applies to the mobile app — you would still need a Deluxe membership to play the game through the browser or the Desktop app. The Desktop app is not a version of the mobile app, so they don’t share that kind of information. But once you’ve unlocked it on mobile, you’ll always have access to the game through the mobile app, whether you’ve got a free, full or Deluxe membership!

Actually, full members can play deluxe games if it is the game of the day! I think it is the same for free players, but I’m not sure.
It is. I have the wonderful privilege of being a free player XD and have recently figured this out.
Adventure pet If you look and get 1 then in the Adventure Park some of the games you play are Deluxe and will be open to those that play there. Rewards are different there and they make rooms unique . I finished a DELUXE challenge and I am not Deluxe it just worked out the game I needed was on the game in park that day !!
Before the most recent updates, I had purchased several Magic trees, when you entered the garden, the trees would become activated. That has never been fixed, will it be someday?

EXCLUSIVES: I actually managed the rare feat of getting 3 wells in a row recently and it does NOT give you the option of the more ‘expensive’ items. I was still quite happy not to have to spend the tokens on a ‘regular’ item, and it doesn’t keep me from trying again. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could sometimes win a wish token from wishing well? (I always thought the goo-goo berries would taste like the fake blue raspberry flavoring :) Keep playing!
You only get the option to select an Exclusive if the three Wishing Wells are in the center
Congratulations getting the 3 wishing wells! I’ve only won that a couple of times and never on the same account so I believe it’s pretty rare. You’re right – you only get to choose from the exclusives that are 30 tokens or less.
Ah yes, I see the distinction now. Yes, you only get the pick an Exclusive item, which is otherwise known as an Adoption Gift. The Wish Factory includes Exclusives and other items that are not Adoption Gifts
Thank you Sally. I did not know that only some of the items in the Wish Factory were available as Adoption Gifts. I would love to know which ones are not adoption gifts.
Anything that’s over 30 Wish Tokens is not an Adoption Gift — they’re prizes from other events, collections, etc.

Hi Fiona. I was just wondering if you could let the Webkinz team know that the wish factory is not working. I put a token in and it just kept saying to please wait. I finally decided to back to my room and then go back to the wish factory and the token had been added but if I have to do that all the time it will take forever. I also tried to trade my tokens for a prize, again it said please wait and never did give me my wished for prize.
Hi Sambear2, this has been an issue for me for quite some time…but only in my deluxe account. If I log in to one of my full accounts and drop a wish token, it adds it within 5 seconds. If I log in to my deluxe account and drop a wish token at the wish factory it takes at least 30 seconds. And if I get impatient and log out and back in, nothing has happened and I just end up waiting again, so now I just drop my tokens when I am feeling patient and have the time to wait for them to register. Also the same as you, it takes forever for my wish to be granted and to give me the item I have wished for. Like a friend of mine says “Patience , my dear, Patience!!”
Same here Katz1259. Yeah I have to wait too but I do it in hopes i get the trophy! It makes the anticipation worth it haha!
I’ve got the same problem on my account. I kept thinking it had to do with the number of wish tokens deposited, but that makes more sense. Maybe it has to do with having access to the deluxe wheel of wishes from the wish factory?
Sometimes when I drop a token, it says please wait for a really long time and locks up the whole game so I have to close out and log back in. This happens most on the desktop app.
This is exactly why I have accounts with over 400 wish tokens sitting in my dock. It’s almost impossible to deposit them.
Same! I’m never going to use my tokens for the really expensive stuff because I simply don’t want to wait forever to put them all in. And since I can’t trade them, . . . they sit there.
Hi Fiona…I have always wondered why they do not make Wacky a pet…he is everywhere in the graphics and what a cute pet he would make…..please put in a good word. I would love to have a Wacky pet. What fun that would be.
It is hard to find so do a WEB SEARCH but there are Zum buddys plushy you can buy and a WACKY plushy !! ALL do have codes also for items !!
Oh Lindy456 this is an awesome idea!! When they brought out the Wacky plushy many many years ago I bought almost 2 dozen of them. My dogs loved them because of course he talked back to them when they shook him! I have a couple left in brand new condition but only one has the sound that still works. No clue why the sound on the others doesn’t work, they have never been out of storage and they were all stored together. And yes I know when we entered their code we did get the Wacky Zingoz Extreme game in your arcade. I usually play it to warm up for the Wacky Zingoz trophy weekends. I collect all things Wacky that I can get my hands on so I would definitely LOVE to have a Wacky Pet (or 12)!! Whadya think guys?!?!?!
There is a Wacky Zingoz stuffed animal, but the code that came with it only unlocked the arcade game Wacky Zingoz Extreme, not Wacky as a pet. It would be interesting to see Wacky and Zangoz as pets, what would you name them?
