Hi, memgamom12! There are a few Cream-colored and Tangerine items that were added as Webkinz Newz prizes many years ago — they go with the existing items in the W Shop. You might see them pop up in a Peek-A-Newz prize pool or in one of the Mystery Prizes you can get from Today’s Activities in Webkinz World.
Fiona, do certain games only award certain pet medallions? I know there are common, uncommon, and rare, but are certain common medallions only available on certain games? I can never seem to find the pig. – kinzklipfan
Any game that awards Medallions will award from the same prize pool — and that includes the Pig! The only pets you won’t find in the regular prize pools are the Kiwi and the Snowy Retriever. Hope that helps, kinzklipfan!

I’m curious about the pets in the game “Pet Party Parade.” When you clear the columns for them to get to the party, it sounds like they say “Bubble.” Are they saying “bye-bye,” or something else?
Dear Fiona, Please tell the Great Tech people to fix the Wish Factory. I clear my cache, but I still lose my tolkens as I can’t “please wait” for 5+ min. I hate to keep bothering customer service, they have lot of other issues. I’m at the point I don’t want to make a deposit so I can make a wish. Thanks for listening to me cry! Lefty
This happens to me a lot also but I found out that although I had to close Webkinz and re enter the game my token total had been updated with the token added to my total. In fact, it became quicker and easier to deposit the coin, close Webkinz and then log in again. No waiting and my total was immediately updated! Check your coin total, add a new one, close your browser and sign into Webkinz. I bet it will work for you too.
Dear Fiona, do you think there will be any new recipes made for farm fresh vegetables or the countryside vegetables? I’d really like to be able to make things like tossed salads or more types of sandwiches using those vegetables. There don’t seem to be many recipes that involve them.
Dear Fiona, Webkinz makes so many cool boxes and baskets that our pets stuff comes in, and Webkinz day stuff as well as Holiday ones. Why do they make such cool boxes and not let us keep them?
Dear Fiona, can you explain why Dr. Quack left webkinz? Not the “cured webkinz” story, but the real reason. He made the game 10X more realistic and valuable!! -wheresdaduck
