I post comments on Webkinz Newz when I want to trade with other players, but sometimes they don’t show up! Where do my comments go?

I have a few questions! 1) Where can I send suggestions? 2) Is Amazing World an MMO? 3) I know you can change your pet’s name if it’s inappropriate or contains a secret code, but is there any way to change it if you named it something really REALLY stupid?

1) You can leave suggestions in the comment section on any Webkinz Newz article OR, even better, leave it in the Suggestions forum, right HERE. Our creative team reads your suggestions regularly.
2) Amazing World sure IS an MMO! MMO stands for ‘Massively Multiplayer Online game’. It means that when you play, you can run around a whole world where OTHER people are playing live, too! You can chat with people, make friends, play team challenges, decorate your space and more. Plus, we work very hard to make it a safe place for kids to play.
3) I’m really sorry I don’t have a better answer for you, but the truth is… you’re right! We can change usernames if they contain anything inappropriate or a Pet Code, but we cannot change it for any other reason. What’s your favorite pet name you’ve ever come up with?

Dear Fiona, will there ever be a day in Webkinz World where non-deluxe members could buy deluxe items?

I know this is a tired question by now, but will there ever be plans for the ability to change pet names, or will the naming system stay as it is?
Webkinz.com is a COPPA site, which means we’re mandated to follow strict rules for children’s online safety. Pet names are governed in much the same way as KinzChat Plus, with the added measure that they cannot be changed after the fact, except in cases where someone has somehow gotten personal information or inappropriate language in there (we should note here that our system is very effective at filtering this despite people’s inventiveness). Inappropriate pet names can be reported to us at webkinzsupport@ganz.com. The permanency of pet names won’t be changing.
Hey Gennelle, somethings glitching up with the Salt Water Aqua Table. This might sound weird but it turned into a tree LOL! I already tried removing it and then putting it back in the room, but it didn’t work. And yes I logged out and logged back in and its doing the same thing. And no its not the mobile. So this is probably a bug. Oh and yes its been doing this for 2 weeks now.
This is a known glitch. They’re working on a fix.

Cool! IDK bluemonkey…….. Hmmmm…. If you are deluxe you can get the exposed brick wallpaper. :) Hope this Helps! And P.S. I actually did send Fiona a letter. I loved what they sent me in reply, although they did not answer my question. When you send GANZ a letter, You recieve a letter with your name signed on it ( by GANZ WORKERS XD XD XD) , A small ADORABLE webkinz poster, and a paper about the story of Webkinz. I hope this will encouage you to send GANZ letters! When my letter from them came yesterday, I was all, “OH MY GOSH! OH MY GOSH! PLEASE SAY GENNELLE OR MATT WEBKINZ, PLEASE SAY GENNELLE OR MATT WEBKINZ!!!!! ” I was going CRAZY!! xD I guess that is just normal though. xD :D :D :) :)
Where do you send Fiona a letter anyway?
To ask Fiona a question for her to answer, you can either send a real letter to Ganz (the address for Ganz is on the bottom of tis fan mail page) which is also what pink100j talked about or you can add a comment in this article that has a question for Fiona. Hope I helped! :)

To Webkinz staff, If I would like a response, should I send a letter to the listed address (#043 60 Industrial Parkway Cheektowaga, NY 14227-9903)? Would I receive a personal reply? I have sent two letters in the past, and neither were answered. I don’t know which address I sent them to. Essentially, should I send questions about my WKN account and brother’s Webkinz account to the same address that I’d send fan-mail? Thanks.

Why did Leave Comments disappear from options in Webkinz World? You say to leave comments there and i have in past but now it’s gone. I’m sure I’m not
