Fiona, what was the first ever pet Webkinz? I know that there were 8 pets that were first but was there actually a first pet that GANZ came up with?

Hi Rebecca! You’re right, I did answer this earlier, but to answer your specific question: there was actually no “first” pet, even among those 8. They were released as a group and I’m told no one can recall which pet was created first! That’s kinda nice, don’t you think?
My pet is sick. With Dr. Quack gone, how am I supposed to get medicine for my pet?

Our old friend Dr. Quack has now entered retirement, free to pursue his hobbies and enjoy Kinzville without a full time job. My best wishes to the kind doctor! Now, if your pet is feeling a little down, you can give them a little exercise, feed them some food and give them a bath and they’ll be back to normal in no time!
Please, could you answer Fiona? I have many small rooms that are useless and are taking up space on my map. Is the Ganz team going to make a room delete button to allow us to get rid of rooms we no longer need?

I have a question. Why do my posts on the share centre ever go through? I always draw pictures of Webkinz to post on fan art and it is never there. Even if I take a picture of a Webkinz it won’t go through. All the share centre contests I enter usually I can’t because my entries are never there. Please help!
Try checking to make sure that you’re using the correct image requirements, so that they upload properly. A lot of uploaded images to the ShareCenter don’t show up because they’re the wrong type, too big, etc.
Wrong type? Ummm What is the maximum size?
Correct file type, like .jpg or .png, for example. We recommend keeping images under 500 KB in size.

Hi, i wanted to suggest that Webkinz could make some alternative ways to be a deluxe member other than paying each month. Some people cant afford it and its not fair, especially to the people who have been playing for many years and now suddenly cant do the things we had such fun doing before. Maybe it could be offered as a reward for being a member for a certain amount of time, or having a certain amount of pets, or you could save up and pay for it in kinzcash. thanks, lillexy32
I don’t even use my doors, I usually just bring up the map to move around. I don’t always go to the room that’s right next door anyways so the door is kinda pointless.

A delete rooms feature would be GREAT! I have 2 or 3 rooms that are just sitting in my map because I bought them to make a bathroom that glitches all the time! Anyway, Webkinz “X” sounds cool and all, so I don’t know why people don’t want it. I, of course, want to see what it is first. Just my opinion :{

I would love to be able to delete or sell rooms! I have several small rooms from when I got my first few webkinz way back then and they’re no use at all. I would also love if we could add or remove doors. They drive me crazy!
Hi I was hoping someone working at webkinz or possible a webkinz member could help me out. I have been participating in the 365 day floaty clicky event, however yesterday and today I have had some issues. I found the jacket and skirt from yesterday and today, clicked on them as usual, and it said that it would be added to my dock. However once I logged into webkinz world there was no announcement saying that I had won the items (like it normally says) and they were not found in my dock. I was wondering if there was a way for this to be fixed before I miss out on any more of these fun prizes. Thanks for your help, tttvvv
