Hi Fiona, I need help with my moonberry packing stations in my rooms they don’t really do anything…I bought 3 and sold 1 I feel like I wasted my money on them… Thanks for any help… kat6401

 

 

 

Thanks for your question, kat6401. The Moonberry Marmalade Machine is a decorative item only. They’ve been given away as prizes and used to be available as a buildable item at the W Shop.

Hi Fiona! So for the past year or so I’ve noticed that if you go into your pet’s information page any time after adoption, their birthday appears as the date they were adopted, but you still get KinzPost on their birthday originally shown when you adopted them. Can you ask the developers why this is and if they can fix it? Thank you so much! -circusbear9

    I have the same problem with items in my dock that I can not sell or send as gifts also I have 30 something trophies I don’t want I have a brown package that has been in my dock for almost a year.What are we suppose to do with the things we can’t sell or give away?I agree with the person who aid it would be helpful to be able to give a number of things to harvest at one time and to be able to give a number to sell in the webkinz store it take to much time to sell items.I have like 10 gardens and to harvest and sell takes like all day. Well I guess I have vented enough.Everyone have a blessed day..CMSROCKZ

      I would also like to know what I am supposed to do with the items in my dock that can’t be sold or gifted. Right now I have most of them in a spare room because I am trying to clean up my dock.

    Hi Fiona. I was wondering, is there any chance that the items that changed in color when Webkinz X happened, will they ever be corrected to look like they did before? A couple of examples are the Spring Blossoms Fountain, which originally had very blue water in it and now has green water instead. Another is the Growing Garden Dress which had green embroidered leaves/vines and now the green vines are red in color.

    Thank you for the community code. I love the tile. Why did the estore change the way points are transferred? I used to be able to transfer however many estore points i wanted to my accounts. Now there are only a few prepopulated options. Not being able to spend my points the way I want on different accounts is disappointing. I won’t buy another deluxe membership if it stays like that.

Speaking of greenmagic77′s question about selling items on Mobile, I also wonder about a possible selling feature. I have a lot of items to sell, also; a lot of them are Farm Fresh produce from my pets’ gardens. I would just LOVE it if we could harvest and sell in bulk–like if you have a patch of strawberries that are ready to harvest, you could “harvest all” or enter the number you want to harvest. And the same with selling. It takes so long to just harvest and sell them, that I have hundreds of each in my dock at all times. I earn a lot of KinzCash that way, but it is a bit tedious. ;-)

    Fiona, I was wondering what I needed to do to get a package for a pet I do not own out of my dock? and how I can get my Adventure Park reset because I am unable to complete my challenge because I am unable to find any places to dig. I have set e-mails on both but I still have the problems. Thank you.

      Me too! I have a dog package that appeared years ago and I can’t open it, sell it, give it away, or give it back! Webkinz apparently doesn’t want it back either! I just ignore it now.
