Howdy, Esther! Of course you mean…Kinzville, right? That’s MY hometown. But if you’re talking about where Webkinz Headquarters is (I call it Webkinz HQ for short, because I’m a busy pigeon), well then, the answer is that there are TWO: one is in Toronto, Canada, and one is in Cheektowaga, New York! Most of your Webkinz Staff community friends like Mike, Michael, Steve, Gennelle and Matt work in Toronto HQ (that’s why they complain so much about the cold! Tsk, tsk, those Canadians). But you’ve probably noticed that our mailing address is in Cheektowaga. That’s where I am a lot, picking up the KinzPost you’ve mailed us!
Will you ever be able to buy extra spins on Webkinz [Wheel of WOW] with eStore points?

But like your friend PeacePuppy2323 said in the Fan Mail with Fiona comment section, you can buy extra Wheel of WOW spins on the Webkinz Mobile App right now, if you like.

You’re sweet, raygun105! When the GanzWorld team decides on prizes, they often choose unreleased items OR older items that haven’t been available for a while. This is meant to be helpful for our newer users who weren’t around when those items were first available. To answer your question, the chances of those prizes becoming available elsewhere AFTER the Click & Win event is over are low-to-zero. So when you see a floating prize on GanzWorld, be sure to snag it before it’s gone!

YES! We should be able to move the doors along the wall. It would make redecorating so much more fun!
Agreed! In May 2010 Webkinz released an article stating that in the following months, players would be able to move doors. The article got a lot of attention, and excited the players, though at that time the company was still new, and had lots of cool stuff being released every day. However, a year and a half later, no more had been said about the ‘moving doors’ and nothing more ever was. Four years later, us players are still wondering what happened, though most of us have come to two conclusions; The plans failed, and could not be released, (perhaps Ganz didn’t want to destroy all the excitement they had built up, and just kept quiet?) OR, The article was a miss print, as it is now come across as gossip, or a rumor. What happened to the plans? Us players are still wondering, if and when the update will be released. As of now, the excitement as changed leads, and is now disappointment, despite the fact that a few of us still hold anticipation for later years. Just thought I’d inform the world about the real history, of which the results remain a mystery. ~Speedy
dear ganz, recently I have noticed some of my rare/deluxe items being stolen from my account. No one knows my password and not only has my things been stolen but my room is completely rearanged. I am hoping you can help me fix the problem.

Dear Miss Fiona, I was wondering if Webkinz would ever invent some new Kinzville Academy classes. I love the Kinzville Academy and have unlocked an action from Track and Field. But anyways, it would be awesome if they did make some new classes. Thanks Fiona and Webkinz World!

That’s funny… I live near Toronto, ON and it’s not cold at all. In fact, it’s very hot right now! Canada is not cold like a lot of American people I know say… not in Southern Ontario, anyway. :)

When I go to my Webkinz’ room, they sometimes do these adorable actions that you can’t win at the Kinzville Academy: jump on toes, stomp foot, wag tail, and perk ears. Will we ever be able to win these to use ourselves, maybe through a challenge or something other than the Academy?
why do you say they’re name and state how about they’re username instead?
