Unfortunately, there’s no way for you change your username, greeting name or pet name. Sorry! Customer service will sometimes change them if they are inappropriate or contain personally identifiable information, but that’s about it.
Hello Fiona, I just recently adopted a pet that awarded me a Super Bed Box. I wanted to get the Lunar Moon Bed but it wasn’t one of the choices. I don’t recall seeing any notification of retirement. So, is this Super Bed, in fact, retired or is it just an oversight that it’s not part of the choices? Thank you!! Your friend, Powerann.

Hey, Fiona! I have a question about the My Page. I know it’s been retired since Webkinz X, and that we have a My Badges thing now, but I miss all of it! Yes, getting badges are kinda fun, however what’s the point if you can’t show them off to other players? =P I loved that you could show your personality on the My Page, too. Other players could see your pets, your favorite games, rooms, items. There were customizable messages, icons, and themes that also showed your personality. Those stories were pretty fun too, heheh! And I also enjoyed the friends list thing. There was a “BFF” list and “Family” list I believe. I found that really helpful in helping me remember whose usernames went with which person on my friends list. So basically… my question is, will My Page ever come back? And if not, could you consider making a way to organize the Friends list? Thanks!

I’m sorry stuff gets retired. It’s not fair to newer players like myself. I would sure like to see Some American Football items for my pets room. You do Soccer, Baseball and Basketball but I never see American football. Just not fair to me.

The Tv’s haven’t worked since the big update. S’ a shame really. But – if you enter a race at the Stadium and go in the waiting room, that TV still works. In fact the layout is the pre-update layout. Guess they forgot to update that part of Webkinz World…

Yes, it is gone, They said it might come back in some parts in the arcade.
Perhaps we can win other Wacky prizes other than the Hot Air Balloon…although I do love that one. Another way of getting Wacky/Zangoz items would be fun!
