Hi, Fiona. I’ve sent ganz support e-mails regarding being stuck on a quest in Adventure Park (due to technical difficulty) and the changing of a pet name (as I inadvertently pasted my pet’s code for her name) over a month ago and no response nor fixing of these issues. I don’t want to be a nuisance and re-send my e-mails as I know they are busy. How long do you recommend before re-sending or should I just be more patient?? Thanks! – kadielle

 

 

 

 

Thanks for your question, kadielle! Our customer service team is pretty swamped right now with so many people trying to get their archived accounts back, so it is taking a bit longer than usual for them to get back to people. If you emailed webkinzsupport@ganz.com and didn’t get a response, you might want to use our ticketing system to make sure your message was received and you’re in the queue.

 

 

 

 

I am unable to find the red-yellow-green-blue-purple path tiles shown with one of the cottages. Want to purchase them at store. If you know please respond to me. Thanks – itmustbenice

 

 

 

 

Oh, I love those rainbow tiles, too, itmustbenice! They’re one of the prizes from the 2019 White Chocolate Eggs. The Eggs are still available at Ganz eStore for purchase, but you can also try trading for the tiles in the Forum or in the Trading Room in the Clubhouse.

 

 

 

 

 

I have been unable to ask friends for flowers, nor collect the floating one. I hope it works tomorrow. – Gramkins

 

 

 

The Flower Collection is still going, Gramkins, so I wanted to make sure that this got answered. If you’re using Edge as your browser, you may have difficulty with collection events and special wheels, like the Super Wheel. Our supported browsers are Chrome and Firefox, so if something isn’t working, you should try those. Also, in some cases, the invisible part of the dock will extend over buttons when you’re using a particularly tall pet with a tall hat — you should also try hiding your dock.

I missed the make a new webkinz challenge and I thought that you could take some possible interest into this new *possibly but probably not* webkinz I thought of.     Hi Fiona! This is more of a suggestion than a question, but I think it would be nice if eStore points, when sent from a eStore account, appear as a coin that can either be sold to the wshop for whatever amount of points or be used as a tradeable item. Would this be possible?

    Fiona, is there any chance that coins could be added to the Wshop to be bought with kinzcash and sold back for face value? The reason I ask is that I often want to help friends out when new themes come out and they are short on kinzcash. It would be great if I could buy a 20,000 coin and kinzpost it to friends and they get full value rather than deal with the 3 item limit on kinzpost over days to get them new theme items. It would be perfect if the 3 item per day limit were dropped altogether as a family with multiple accounts who like to share items it takes way too long to send things back and forth.

    Is there a reason why we haven’t gotten plush pets since 2018? You may not realize this but people actually enjoy owning them. If you’re not making them anymore tell people so we don’t end up confused for years on end because you’re too cowardly to answer.

    Dear Sweet Fiona! PLEASE ask the Webkinz Support/Designers/Creators, to PLEASE stop the “once every 24 hour period” for playing the Peak-a-Newz Prize each month. It’s impossible for me to get on Webkinz Newz at the SAME TIME each day to play Peak-a-Newz Challenge. Sometimes I it’s at 10am, or 2:30pm, or 6pm, or even 10pm. It’s hard to remember the EXACT time I played the challenge. Yesterday, I thought I played the game about 5pm, so today I waited till after 6pm. I played the challenge and when I found all 5 white lions, it said that game had expired! This is so frustrating! Couldn’t this game/challenge be like the games in Webkinz World, where the time limit ends at Midnight, and the next day begins after Midnight? I shouldn’t have to write down WHEN I play a game/challenge/floating prize/ etc, on Webkinz Newz. It should be from 12:00:01AM to 11:59:01PM. PLEASE think about fixing this. Thank you! :-)

    Dear Fiona, I have a question about buying eStore points via the mobile app. Is there only a certain amount of times you can buy 1000 points for 99 cents? I had about a dollar left on a gift card I received. I wanted to purchase 1000 eStore points with it, but it wouldn’t let me. The Google Play pop-up wouldn’t appear. It appeared when I clicked on the 3000, 7400, and 16000, though. Maybe this is a glitch, because it used to work for me awhile ago.

    Dear Fiona, One of my Webkinz playing friends said that her pet died a couple days ago, but I’ve played for a long time so I know that’s not supposed to happen. Was she hacked, and if so can you fix it?

    It sure would. =P It would also be nice if they would address the fact that they haven’t released any plushes since 2018 and why.
