Hi Sally Webkinz! I really need help with this. Yesterday I finished ALL the questions at Quizzy’s corner! Every single category, age group and series! So now I can’t do it anymore. Yesterday one of my pets requested to answer some questions so I went to the discovery zone to finish and it never worked so I didn’t get my family score and my pet request didn’t get answered. So what do I do from now on when my pets request to go to Quizzy’s???
Unfortunately, there isn’t anything you can do at that point. You’ll have to skip that request.

I can go in the mine but i can not dig for gems.
Um i am not sure what to do but it is the next day in WEBKINZ NEXT and i can not go mining. I have not done it today but it seas that i am “Done Digging Come Back Tomorrow ” i have already exited the app and restart it. Yesterday i went to the mines and it gave me the gem of the day before i even did anything and it went to the curio shop . Quit the game and logged back in and i did not get the gem or get kinz cash and it did say ”Done Digging Come Back Tomorrow. What do i do?
Try clearing your cache. If that doesn’t help, uninstall and reinstall the app.

I tried to clear cache but it would get stuck. So i uninstalled it and reinstalled it. and tried to clear cache. It did work. But i still can not go mining it still seas ” Done Digging For The Day Come Back Tomorrow”. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it two times. But it still not work.
I have also did clear cache three or so times.
I’m out of ideas, so I would suggest that you contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com so they can investigate your account.
