    It is time for me to renew my deluxe and I just noticed that the bonus accounts have tripled in price. That is a huge increase. Why the big jump in price?

    I’ve sent a ticket in to customer service twice now and haven’t received any response. I tried to upgrade my account to a Deluxe 3 month membership the other day, and when I clicked “confirm” it said something like “we’re sorry, we can’t process your request right now! Please try again later”. Since it told me to try later, I tried again and again. My account finally upgraded yesterday, so I went to check on my bank account — I was charged about 25 times! The pending charges add up to about $360. No response from customer support on this issue, so it would be great to at least hear from Gennelle or anyone having similar problems.

      The eStore, which deals with Deluxe Memberships and credit card charges like this, has a Customer Support phone line: 1-888-818-8770 (9AM-5PM, M-F EST). Please call so that they can assist you with this issue.

    On Facebook today, it said that there was a customer service number we could call, and then listed the number. Are they not offering the number to call anymore? I was happy to see the customer service number again!!

    I really like when you just could call and really talk with a real person and they always were so helpful and it made my day to know that Webkinz’s cared a lot about the customer who really spends a lot of time and money on their product….. they need to re consider and do a little better…..

    I’d really like it if those of us who never go the Christmas gift for 2014 could get those. I didn’t even try the ticket thing, it only results in a email saying to call, and now there is no phone support, but I know other people have tried; I’m not the only one who took the time to pick much wanted items for the gift box and then got nothing! Dear Santakinz, I was good, I promise, and I want my gifts, please.

    I sure hope this means we’re getting through to someone now – we’ve had an issue for over a month that no one else seems to have and every time I send a complaint – no matter how – I just get caught in a net of auto-replies that were written, apparently, for people without knowledge of a computer besides knowing how to use the mouse. No, my issue isn’t my screen resolution or my browser, or needing to clear cookies – basic troubleshooting solutions, yes, but when that’s the only advice you get for two/three months, and it is clearly due to keywords in your complaint (as it has almost nothing to do with your complaint,) and you have no way of contacting an intelligent human being, it becomes frustrating.

    I have written to Customer Support three times about my problem and I haven’t received an answer yet. I adopted the Fennec Fox on January 1. I never received the special Loot for adopting the Pet Of The Month and I was unable to play the games for the Pet Of The Month all month long. I finally called the Webkinz number and they said to write to Customer Support and they will make sure I get the special Loot and I will get a coin to make up for not being able to play the games. They didn’t say how much the coin was worth. I wrote to Customer Support again and still haven’t heard from them. Now it’s the middle of March. Will I ever get my special Loot?

    I think webkinz support/issues is NOT very user friendly. I wish it were simpler to get help with an issue. I find it exhausting to use, so exhausting, that I try to live with the issues.

      YOU ARE RIGHT THEY ARE ARE NOT FRIENDLY.I HAVE BEEN DELUXE FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND I CAN’T TALK IN ANY ROOM OR INVITE FRIENDS OVER I HAVE BEEN 1 YEAR TRYING TO GET THEM TO FIX THE PROMBLE AND HAVE NOT HEARD ONE WORD FROM THEM EVER TIME I CALL THAT NUMBER THEY JUST TELL YOU TO E-MAIL THEM I AM GETTING REAL TIRED OF THIS JUST SENT ANOTHER E-MAIL WILL NOT HOLD MY BREATH TO HEAR FROM THEM
