    For this site, under Arcade Games, something is wrong with Sandwich Shop. It’s fun to play, but doesn’t give any points. Says there is a technical error. Also, think something is wrong with time, b/c even if you do the sandwiches perfect, the time will run out and with the egg and ham you have to wait for them to cook, so have no control about it. Like the game, so maybe you could fix it.

    why doesn’t the REdeem button work on ganzworld rewards? The Cancel button works but not the redeem? Please fix this

    I am Deluxe and still can only use the blue on my kinchat phone? I want to friend people in the red or green zone too? Why cant I change zones? this is terrible

    OK, Gennelle, I give up! I tried clicking “here” in your notice in order to get to customer support, but someone must have left off the connecting link. Clicking here gets you nowhere! Where else can I go to get to customer support? Shoshoneno1

        It’s happening on apacheno2 and also JLHUDSON. These are also the accounts in which the Sno-Cones and Moonberries do NOT change when watered, weeded, or harvested. Could the two problems have a connection? Thank you for your answer. I was beginning to think I was invisible! shoshoneno1

    I’m hoping this will be a good thing, and maybe we will have better responses. I suspect part of the reason so many of us never receive a reply, is that the emails we send to Ganz get captured by their spam. I adopted a pet recently and had problems with the code. Ended up getting help from Ganz associate at the e-store, and while on the phone sent an email to support and we discovered that they had been going into Ganz’ spam. Was why we were not hearing from the support site. Maybe this will be addressed; hope so!

    I have never received a reply to my issue when the Christmas Box was opened in my room and disappeared. I never saw the three boxes in the room or in the mobile app. I have submitted several requests for assistance through both the support here and directly to the email address. I just get the automated response. Does anyone have any ideas??
