    I’ve emailed webkinz and no response. Lack of communication I’d say. I got a 500 token on wheel of wow and it never gave me it

      If you win 500 KinzCash on the Wheel of WOW, it is automatically added to your KinzCash total — you do not receive a coin in your Dock.

    In order to meet my recess challenge requirements I went on my mobile to spin the wheel of wow requirement….but it didn’t update on desk webkinz. I did spin the wheel of wow twice on desktop and neither recorded on my challenge…soo……

    We had lots of trouble yesterday. I couldn’t get into here and 2 of our accounts would not load, 1 is a password issue. Can’t find a phone # to talk to someone so I emailed. They missed yesterday :( . Hoping someone can fix their accounts.

    I just got an e-mail all 3 of my automatic deluxe accounts that were to renew April 28th were turned off! I have had them for years and now they say I have to buy new deluxe memberships! I think this is very unfair because I had bought them at a special price years back and they were always renewed at that price.. what’s up with that? I think I should be renewed at my same price I have been paying for years! Let me know please.

      The family account was discontinued years ago, but many players were grandfathered in for some time after. That membership option is no longer available.

        Why did you do it this year? Why not years ago then? Do I have to pay $44 each account? I’m very disappointed that all of a sudden Webkinz decided to just do this! Not fair for us faithful players. I’ve spent a lot of money over the years! :(

        Hi Sally, I’m not sure if you are aware, but on level 9, 10, and 11, of Bananaz, the spiders glitch. Mainly on level 11, the last banana on the top right tree branch cannot be obtained because the spider is glitching and bites you if you try to jump onto the branch. From level 9, 10, and 11, there is 1 tree branch in the middle on the left that the monkey falls straight through. I’ve emailed customer support and they said they’d get back to me within 24 hours but I’ve had no email. I’ve been trying for weeks to pass level 11 but I can’t and I’m feeling pretty disappointed to be quite honest.

    In webkinz trying to print the certificate of adption and congratubatioons. It is not working push print and nothing happens Can you fix it for me. thank you

    I just emailed webkinzsupport@ganz.com about my account getting permanently banned. It’s always very scary to see. Within a few hours they had my account unbanned and the names of the Webkinz that violated their User Agreements all changed- so no problems anymore. I am speechless at how fast they responded and how generous they are to give me my account back. I can tell how competent the team is. All I have are goods words to say. I wish I could thank the people specifically that helped me so fast in such a scary moment (sorry to sound dramatic). Thank you all so so much.
