    I have been trying to reach customer support for over 3 days now. Any yes Sally Webkinz I have tried the webkinzsupport@ganz.com with no sucess. I am not able to send any email to any of the support links. No live person answers the phone and any message left is not answered. What are we suppose to do. I have 5 deluxe accounts 4 were renewed on 9/11/2023 fifth account michael1974 was not renewed, all accounts on same card number. There is no way to contact any of webkinz support. EMAIL ADDRESS DOES NOT WORK. HELP. PLEASE

      For Deluxe Membership issues, please contact the Ganz eStore CS team directly (using your own email program and not any email links) with the address: ganzestorecs@ganz.com

      Unfortunately the CS team is still working remotely and cannot be reached by phone. The social media team does not have access to Customer Support account tools.

    I’ve emailed support 3 times in the past week and have gotten no response. I’m missing diamonds from my Webkinz Next account from the daily gifts. I really wanted to adopt a new pet :(

    I have not been able to get ahold of any webkinz customer support for weeks now. I am trying to log into my account and it will not let me. the information Ive entered is correct. it will ask me to change my password then says “Failed to validate your credentials” no matter pet name i try. it is getting very frustration ive had that account for 15 years now. i had logged into it a couple years ago so i know it is still there somewhere

    I’ve emailed webkinzsupport 3 times and I haven’t received a response. I tried logging into my webkinz account and it told me to change my password, following by “Failed to validate credentials. Please try again later.” I’d really like access to my webkinz account again, and feeling like I’m running out of options. I really don’t want to make a new account as I have over 100 pets on that account. Thanks for any help!

    Hi, I got an email saying I’m on the Webkinz Customer Block List and my email didn’t get delivered? I’m not sure what I did wrong. I just said I didn’t get my Valentine’s Day badge and asked if it didn’t work anymore. Please help?

    I cannot get into one of my accounts. I try to changes my password and it keeps said you can use your existing password so I type I another password and it say it can’t change and that some went wrong. I’m definitely typing in my password right. Please help!

        How backed up is Webkinz support at the moment? I’ve put in at least three requests within the last 3 months with no response, I feel like telling people to keep sending requests to Webkinz support is really pointless if they aren’t caught up with what requests they originally need to reply to, is there any way to tell us what spot we are in the que of emails? It’s just frustrating reaching out for help and nothing gets fixed repeatedly.
