We have listened to the concerns of our Webkinz fans and decided that we will rollback the Kinzville Park change made today. As of noon tomorrow (March 13th) players will once again be able to enjoy chatting with KinzChat PLUS while visiting the park.
Our decision to reduce KinzChat PLUS was not taken lightly. Our numbers were showing that the system was not being well used, with the large majority of rooms available completely empty. Over 90% of social play was happening in regular KinzChat. The most used KinzChat PLUS area has always been the Trading Room, as it is much easier to make a difficult trade when you can use a full dictionary of words. As such we never even considered removing KinzChat PLUS from the Trading Room. It was our belief that with so much of our current chatting occurring in the Trading Room, that this would be enough.
After making the initial announcement, we heard from numerous fans about their concerns about the change. One of the most impactful concerns was the ability for players to enjoy chatting without getting interrupted by continuous trading requests. We agree that this would have been a problem.
In the end we decided that the best course of action was to just open the Park back up again. We feel this gives our KinzChat PLUS players a large area in which to chat, while allowing our monitors to focus their efforts so to provide the best service possible. The Coral Cove and Clubhouse KinzChat PLUS features will not be returning.
We will be making a few more small changes, but we are committed to making the Kinzville Park your go-to location for fun KinzChat PLUS chatting.

I just wanted to let you know i am having a hard time in the trading area because I can’t find my friends to trade with, it just puts me in random rooms. Maybe you could fix this. I really like the old way better.
Ganz ty much for getting the park back.That is great for those who go there they can still click FIND A FRIEND..but when we go to the trade room we can’t do that.I never see my long time webkinz friends and that does make me cry.It hurts when you been talking to friends for so many years and now you are lucky to see one of them..Please have a big heart and let us click “FIND FRIENDS” please i beg you with all my heart and tears..Thank you for listening . :( :(
With the changes made to the kinzchat plus other changes occured like; when you go to your pets home the pet is standing and it takes a while for the furniture to load than the bed goes to bed. The is a change from just going into another room and everything is already there. It takes longer now with waiting for the blueprint to load everything. Also, When you open webkinz it goes directly to the pets room. Can this be fixed?
Glad the kids have the park back to chat. :) Now the traders need the FIND YOUR FRIENDS option back. Takes extremely long to find your friends. May luck out and get one or two…when dozens are online. It has taken me months to build a rapport with traders I trust and enjoy seeing. Wish I could find them…we all miss this feature. Please keep us in mind, thanks.

hi ganz thank you for making ppl happy and thank you for adding the park but in my computer the park is slow I love webkinz it is a awesome game and I really love the clubhouse . can u add a clubhouse room because in my computer the park is slow and u can’t find your friends :( i know that the park is cool and stuff but i can’t find my friend . Thank you for everything :)
I think the idea of taking away KCP in the first place was an awful idea. It is much harder to talk to friends in clubhouse rooms. I honestly think all the rooms should just be KCP right off the bat. That way you can still monitor the rooms, but EVERYONE can have KCP.
If you are wanting to find friends than how are you going to do it? The regular kinz chat well, what if you wanted to say something like i would like a Googles Statue please?
