Fans are super-excited about their Super Surprise Boxes, so here is everything you need to know about this great gift giveaway!
When you logged in on April 3 or afterward, you should have seen a Today’s Announcement awarding you your first Super Surprise Box. There were some technical issues that were fixed on April 4th, but by now everyone should have received one. You may need to click the “Get Items from Storage” button and look through your gift boxes to find it. If you still can’t find it, please contact our Customer Support team at webkinzsupport@ganz.com and let them know.
You can open your first Super Surprise Box right away! Just drag it from your Dock into a room to watch it open. Inside you will find a fantastic prize and your next Super Surprise Box. However, you won’t be able to open the next one right away. When you drag it into a room it will tell you how many days before it can be opened.
EVERYONE (from Free Players, to Full Members, to Deluxe Members) gets a total of 10 Super Surprise Boxes. Here is how long you can expect to wait to open each box:
- Box 1: Right away!
- Box 2: 1 day
- Box 3: 2 days
- Box 4: 3 days
- Box 5: 1 week
- Box 6: 2 weeks
- Box 7: 1 month
- Box 8: 1 month
- Box 9: 1 month
- Box 10: 1 month
If you don’t want to wait to open a Super Surprise Box, there is an option to use eStore Points to open it right away. The cost to open a box will get cheaper the less time you have to wait. You can drag your current Super Surprise Box into a room any time to see how much time you have left to wait, so don’t forget to check every day you play!
Each box contains a unique prize pool of eStore items, so you’ll never get the same prize twice on the same account! And once you open your 10th box, you will win 1 of 10 amazing rides, like the Kinz Coaster, the Go Kart Track, or maybe even a Gum Fall Slide!
Because each prize is an eStore item, this means they can’t be traded or sent through KinzPost, so what you win on each account with all 10 boxes will be unique to you!
Please note that players with existing accounts can log in and get their first Super Surprise Box until May 13th, but as of Wednesday, May 14th only new accounts will receive them. So if you have an account that you haven’t yet logged into, please do so before then. This will not affect any of your other Super Surprise Boxes already on your account; you will still be able to receive and open boxes 2-10 past that date.

I have a question that this post didn’t address. How do we get rid of estore prizes we don’t want, can’t use, or already have since they can’t be traded or sold? There is no longer a phone number to call to have unwanted things removed from your dock.

i got some great prizes but was let down about getting the Aztec Calendar. I have bought them from Curio shop for years now. Thanks for the other stuff.
I have not received any box’s either
I did not receive the first box. Where can I go to get it? It wasn’t in my dock… its been two days now and nothing… :(
I also received a calendar. Too bad I already had two. Kind of disappointed there, but overall, the prizes are really cool. I do wish they were tradable though, along with all the other e-store items for that matter. Some of the items I got don’t fit into any of my room themes, and I would have liked to trade them for something I need more. I really like the prize box idea, but am really starting to hate the wait, and it’s only been four days!
I’m ecstatic that I finally received my box today, just a little unhappy I’ll have to have one in my dock for 147 more days. Cool cause it’s countdown-ish, not so cool because that’s a long time to wait. Ah, well. Better than nothing!
I got an Aztec Calendar too. Made me sad. I already bought those from Arte. I’m happy to get estore stuff, and am thankful for those, but I don’t consider myself “lucky” to get the calendar. If they’re not going to be removed until the 23rd, I guess it’s not safe to open any more boxes until then. I don’t want to get more calendars, or whatever the other non-estore items are.
