Me too! I actually got two of Mandy’s boxes from today and yesterday.. I opened them both today and each one had a signed poster. ^-^
At first I thought this was a room in webkinz. No, just click the picture.

For me it seems you have to wait roughly 24 hours between claiming prizes. If I go on in the evening and they right away in the morning I get the same error.

I can’t blame people for being confused: at first, I thought this was happening in a clubhouse room! :P But all you have to do is click the picture of the room right in this article, and you get the gift box. Hope this clears things up a bit!

Sometimes if you try the next floater, it works, even after the last one glitched and triggered the expired warning. It is a pain, but it works. The only one that doesn’t work like that is the peek a newz. If you pop that one, you absolutely have to go back to the entry page and start it completely over.
Please make sure you wait 24 hours between attempts. The server resets at midnight GMT, which is around 7 or 8pm EST. If you collected last night, you won’t be able to collect again until this evening.
The only problem I have with this, is that I get on webkinz at different times daily, yesterday I had to wait till 8pm to try for the boxes because that was the time I completed them on Monday, but I don’t want to keep having to come back to check if it is allowing me to do it. That is why I rarely do the peek-a-newz because I know I will not log on everyday near the same time (or after, but that throws off the next days count)…ugh.
