This is the final room design post before our next Room Design Awards! You will be able to meet the 22 finalists on Monday, September 2nd. Anyone who has had one of their room designs featured in one of my posts since the last Room Design Awards were held, has the chance to become a finalist, including the 25 designers who are being featured today.

As always, an impressive group of very creative rooms! I really like the Kinzville Auction House, what a unique idea! Also A Day at the Lake, Scout Camp, Campground Room, and Island Races- they’re all wonderful rooms & making me feel nostalgic since the summer is almost over. ;)
What beautiful room designs! I love them all. May I please have a seat at the “Auction House”? Love that idea. Everyone did an outstanding job. Congratulations to all!
Sorry, all of the seats are taken/being sat on. Would you like to sit on the furniture that’s being auctioned? Even though it’s prohibited to get there, you can always crawl under the divider or sit on the garbage can lid. That way you’d be able to get some snacks!!
Really great designs this week! I love the ice chalet, the Mayoral Meet and Greet, and the Auction House most, but all are good!

Great idea! And great use of the Disney/Pixar ‘Cars’ promotional items! There is a club that races RC boats on a lake near my home. You can hear them from a good distance away racing for hours on clear Sunday afternoons. I didn’t know that there were airplane clubs. That must be so cool to watch! Are you involved in any RC clubs? Again, great idea, and congrats on getting featured!
I have family members who are involved with the RC cars, especially the rock crawler ones. The airplanes are so fun and some of them are huge. I have never got to see the boats though, I would love to.
Sweet! I love cars myself, thanks to my dad and older brother. We have a family history of cars, haha.

I love A Day at the Lake, what wallpaper is that? I’ve never seen that before. And I love seeing the little racing cars. Was that a collection event, or trading cards? I have never seen those available since I’ve headed back to WW. Great rooms, everyone!
Hi ~KarenaJ! The wallpaper is ‘Egg Hunt Wallpaper’, an estore item from Spring 2018, I think. I don’t know if it was tradeable/sendable. I hope that you can still track it down if you need it. You may have to wait until Spring, though. The cars were part of a promotional event in Canada for the Disney/Pixar movie ‘Cars 3′ which came out in 2017. The promo items are definitely sendable, as my Canadian friends blessed me with many items from this promo. Have a great weekend!
That is the Egg Hunt wallpaper from estore :) probably seasonal. Those racing cars were from a Canada only Disney/Pixar Cars 3 float from back in 2017. Aren’t they so cute and fun!?
These are some especially clever rooms. The auction room is great. I never would have thought of that….(although I should have with all the stuff I have in my dock :P )

I LOVE this round of rooms, they’re all great! Congratulations to each and everyone featured. The Kinzville Auction House, a wonderful idea to remove odd items cluttering dock. Putting the stone pathway around the water tiles in Backyard makes as awesome inground pool. Scout Camp is perfect, so much depth to the room, same for the Island Races. What a clever use of the rocks (more opportunity to collect please), water tiles, and older wall paper. Mayoral Meet and Greet with the security guard is great, and the use of stuffed animals as supporters, protestors very clever. I like the furniture/design of the Cranberry Room, very pretty. Have always been a fan of the game room theme, and works well in the Billiards Room.

Can anyone explain how they are able to get the jet skis or inner tubes to float on the blue water tiles? No matter what I do I can’t get anything to stay on top of the blue water tiles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
So many great designs. Ice Chalet gets my vote even though it’s a reminder that winter is coming all too soon. LOL
