Really happy to have been featured, and congratulations to everyone…The rooms are all amazing!!! Love Sparky1109′s beautiful Garden Wedding and the festive look of Ready for Christmas by Animalutz98! Also love the incredible scenery and clever use of design in both Climbing Mt. Everkinz by Rhysman2 and Visiting Mr. Tumnus by Kate…Great job!!!

Dear Roxy616, thank you so much for your kind words about my ‘Ready for Christmas’ room and for being such an amazing friend! I really love your White Christmas, it made me sing this old Christmas song inside my head and miss the holiday season even more :D hugs!

I love all of the rooms but I really like My Barn! I also like the Amarylis Atelier room and Forest Green Apartment! The rooms designs always inspire me to update my rooms. Congratulations to all!

WOW! So many great rooms, it’s impossible to choose just three. Kate’s Visting Mr Tumnus is absolutely delightful and strikes a powerful chord with all of us who read the Narnia Chronicles. I just love this weaving of a much-loved piece of fiction into the world of Webkinz. And I was really impressed by how she snuck a door from Halloween into this chilly scene from winter. Climbing Mt Everkinz by Rhysman2 is another standout thanks to its many details, from the ATV to the base camp cabin to the Kinz perched on the mountains. Best use I have seen of this wallpaper. Sparky1109′s Garden Wedding is a breath of spring, a lovely promise that warmer times are coming. Love that there’s a pipe organ in the garden! Finally, My Barn by Aleksar is a perfect snapshot of a humble life on the farm, that big old barrel hot tub, the wagon wheel table, the many mice, the water tank fridge, pitchforks on the wall. Loved his choice of windows, too. Just an awesome room! Congratulations to all the designers!

Thank you for the comments for my Tumnus room! The Narnia series have been favorites of mine since I was like 7 LOL, and of course the movie is wonderful… It was actually the Halloween door that inspired the whole room – as soon as I saw it, I envisioned tucking it into a rock wall, just like Tumnus had… :-)

These are some beautiful rooms. I like White Christmas. It is so peaceful. The New Year’s Webkinz babies is such a novel idea. Good work.

Visiting Mr. Tumnus by Kate made me catch my breath and then cheer for all the attention to detail in recreating a classic scene from the book/movie. I LOVE the Chronicles of Narnia and I am so happy that you managed to capture a tiny piece of that world with your magical room design!

    • Traveller says:

This is exactly how I felt about Visiting Mr Tumnus!

Thank you so much for the comments on my Tumnus room, Beckinz8 and Traveller!!! I’m so happy to hear about the “magical” part… It’s such a magical book, and movie, that I’m overjoyed that people think I captured a bit of that spirit and feeling with my room – it’s exactly what I was hoping for when I made it.

There are many other wonderful designs this week that I didn’t mention. Just a few that caught my eye would have to include Cimbing Mt. Everkinz by Rhysman2. Such a wonderful use of perspective! I would love to copy the whole thing in my own WW home, because when I try to do the same type of thing it just looks cluttered, but this is a masterful, multi-level masterpiece! The Aquarium by Strawberrypunch is an awesome idea! Why didn’t I think of that?!? It looks like you have some fond memories from visits to the aquarium and you wanted to capture them in WW. You have encouraged me to do the same! And the New Years Webkinz Babies by Bubblilious are just toooooooo cute for words! I’m sure that we just won some sort of community challenge for the most collective “Awwwwwww!”s There are so many other featured designs that have given me great inspiration for my own WW room designs. Well done to all of you!

The aquarium is a cute little idea, definitely made me ‘aww’ first. I love seeing these and what players can come up. Me having little inspiration and creativity, I hope they don’t mind I take some inspiration from these. They’re all really good.

Love your room design Talon!! I thought it was you when I saw the wolves! Hope to see you in the trading room sometime soon! – Stormy

I loved the room “Visiting Mr. Tumnus” complete with the Lamp post, Beaver’s Pond and dam, with the White Witch’s Castle in the background, as Lucy is at the door. Kate, I see you love C.S. Lewis’s “The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe” from “The Chronicles of Narnia” as much as I do. ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫
