You may have seen your pets requesting this game in the past, but now you can finally play Grand Grotto in the Arcade!
This completely new puzzle game features 50 unlockable levels of fun! Once you’ve unlocked a level, you can choose to restart your next game on any of them!
Clear a path of water through the grotto while matching colored gems, freeing fish and rescuing other sea creatures along the way!
The first time you complete all of the levels you’ll win the Grand Grotto Trophy!
Grand Grotto is available NOW for Deluxe Members in the Webkinz Arcade for web and desktop. It will also be arriving in the Arcade for the Webkinz mobile app after our next app update.
If you don’t have a Deluxe Membership, you’ll be able to unlock the game on the mobile app for a small fee. You’ll also soon be able to purchase it in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store as one of our standalone mobile games.

Sally thanks for being so quick to respond. After reading some of the comments, I went back to the game and replayed level 50 and received the trophy. Now I’m thinking I may not have actually finished it the first time and just ran out of lives so it took me back to level one. Problem solved!!
I just finished level 50 but did not win the trophy. I have checked my dock several times too. I play as lrssls but don’t know what to do. I contacted Customer Service but never heard from them. Help, Sally.
Did you email webkinzsupport@ganz.com or did you use https://support.ganzworld.com/webkinz-cs/? And when did you contact them? If it was today, you may have to give them more time than that.
I played this game yesterday for hours, made it to level 50 but didn’t make it all the way through. How frustrating not to get the trophy.
I loved this game until…I was on level 50 and didn’t complete it. I was then sent back to level 1. Why, oh why? I spent quite a long time getting to level 50 and now I have to start over again? HELP!
Well, I just figured how to scroll the screen to get back to Level 50, so I guess I don’t have to start over again. Now, let us see if I can get that trophy.
Yay! I got the trophy! It would help if the directions were a little more clear for not-so-tech-savy folks like me. I do like this game. Now if I can just finish my last two games on Goobers so I will have three stars on every level.
I decided to dedicate today to winning this trophy. I had played for approximately 4 1/2 frustrating hours before finally reaching level 50. I used my 3 lives and had to replay the level. When I clicked “replay,” it took me back to level 1. What a shock! I continued playing level 50 for 20 minutes until I finally passed it. To my disappointment, I only got a “congratulations” screen. I quickly checked my dock, and YES I was awarded the trophy. Thank you Webkinz for overriding this glitch and awarded me for my perseverance – or maybe just my craziness to be addicted to this game.
I just finished all 50 levels and I didn’t get the trophy. Really stinks.
This is a stupid question, but did you check your dock? I didn’t think I got the trophy either, but it was there.
stuck on level 37. Don’t get how to make 30000. I have tried removing all the blocks, doing large combos, and trying to get 30000 with all 3 lives. Can’t do it! Any suggestions?
once you reach the third sub-level on 37, there are large gems, bombs and other power-ups that allow you to rack up points quickly. Just get to the third sub-level in as little moves as possible and you are golden!

This isn’t the right place to ask this, but I thought you gameplayers would know the answer: How do you play Zingoz Switcheroo? I can’t figure out the rules or even how to get any reaction from my player. Nothing happens when I click on any square. Thanks for any help.

I paid 10,000 estore points , because I didn’t understand the game. I think we spend to much estore points on these games.
It’s similar to that of cribbage, you have to use the zingoz you already have and expand them to squares next to the ones they are already standing in to multiply your entire amount of zingoz. The object of the game is for you and your opponent to fill up all the squares on the board and the one with the most zingoz at the end is the winner
