…what did your true love give you? We’re making a Webkinz version of the classic holiday song, ‘The Twelve Days of Christmas’ and we want your suggestions!
Which Webkinz World item, clothing or pet would your true love give you on each day? Is it from eStore? The WShop? Is it a prize or an exclusive? It can even be a game or an event – whatever you think works best!
On the first day, there will be one thing, on the second day, there will be two things, on the third day, three things, etc., etc.
Every weekday, there will be one Contest a day – each for a different day of the song – where you can submit your suggestions, and if your suggestion is selected to be used in our song, you will win a virtual Webkinz 2017 Christmas Stocking!

Each day, visit the Contest page to submit your suggestion for that day. The entries will be judged by the creative team at Webkinz, based on which suggestion we think will work best. We won’t be releasing the winners’ names until we release the song in early December so that it is a surprise for everyone!

What a fun contest! I entered on the first day, but my item was just okay. Now that I have had more time to think about it, I have an excellent answer that would have been perfect for the first day. Too bad. It is fun to come up with items you would like to have. Can’t wait to hear the song.

Sally Webkinz – When choosing an item for the selected contest day are we allowed to pick any item that it no longer available to purchase, something that has been retired. I am thinking of a special item that was only available at the W-Shop for so long to purchase. Or can we select any item that is in our dock?

Ok, I remembered to enter today! Wouldn’t it be something if the items mentioned in the song we’re helping to put together are items we’re actually going to get during the Countdown to Christmas Calendar Event?
Are we allowed to enter the item that we entered yesterday? For example (I’ll just use the original song so ideas aren’t copied) if yesterday, you entered “a partridge in a pear tree”, today, could you enter “two turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree”?
No — please only use the current day’s lyric. We are going to be compiling the song from 12 winners, so there’s no need to include the rest of the verses.
I mean that you say “on the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a partridge in a pear tree” yesterday and today you put “on the second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me two turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree”, using the item “a partridge in a pear tree” both days. Is this okay?

No. You don’t need to keep including the items from the other days. The final song will be composed of different parts. So PersonA’s day 1 is the winner, PersonB’s day 2, etc. So if we picked “partridge in an apple tree”, and then picked “two turtle doves” — we’d always use “patridge in an apple tree” for the entirety of the song. The only part we’re looking for is the gift for the specific day.

It is not available for purchase now, no. You can use eStore points to complete challenges, though, but only while they’re running.
I’e missed the first day, so does this mean I’m not entered?
Each day is a different contest. If you missed the first day, you would not be entered into that particular contest, but you can enter in today’s and the following ones.
