I never got anything for free, grandma got for me in a pst and I never got anything special, so we gave up to get those boxes from estore, just wasting money.

Is anyone else having issues with receiving the Cozy Condo gift boxes? I signed up for a Deluxe membership on Dec. 31 and have not received any gift boxes. Please fix this issue!!!

Yes, I bought 2 n dec.31,nothing but the ability to do deluxe stuff. I bought 2 on Jan.1st they got the box and the halfpipe. was waiting till tomorrow to see if the problem is corrected.
I think that the Cozy Condo theme gift boxes come out starting January 2018. Check your dock again and hopefully it will be there!
I have 3 grand kids accounts with same [rob;em . I am gonna call E-Etore on WED they helped get Dec boxes and the 2017 Super items for each so I trust they can help ;) .
Ragingfire. it’s always delayed when it’s over a holiday weekend. I am still waiting for my bonus points. sometimes it takes days. I did get all my boxes, all on the 1st. Huge shock there.
RagingFire123 The cozy condo gift box is inside your deluxe gift box when you open it. Not everyone receives their deluxe gift on the first of the month. Just be patient. When you see it in your dock, drag it into your room, then you will find your cozy condo box too.
