well wasn’t that exciting
I was taking the survey and I got to question five (the one where you rate all of the Deluxe games). I started rating them, but it would only let you put an answer once (for example, I would say that I love Crafty Canaries, but when I would go to say that I loved a different game, it would delete my answer for Crafty Canaries, and it’s the same with all of the other categories.) I tried to just move on to the next question, but it said I had to answer all of the questions on that page before moving on. Ganz, please fix this!
When I clicked on take the survey, it said the page could not be found.
Same happened to me.
I was collecting the Rockerz Cows for the day when I came across the survey. When I took the survey, there was no way to get back to Webkinz. I logged in again, but now all of the cows that I’d found are gone. I did only need one more, now I have to start over again. I hope other players see this and wait to do the survey so they don’t lose out.
I wish there had been more than 2 questions or that I could have left a comment about the value of deluxe. Adding extra accounts to a deluxe membership used to be a lot cheaper and I’m not sure I’d pay the increased price to continue having deluxe on multiple accounts since it’s only me playing on all of them (and they are all linked to the same email). I think it would be interesting in a future survey to find out how many people maintain multiple accounts.
I never saw the ratings. I have multiple deluxe accounts, but the daily activities used to have so many more offerings. Prizes like furniture etc. Now it’s mostly food. Who wants an apple?? I like the coupon and cash button though.
