I originally bought into Webkinz for my grandchildren when they were young.. Well of course they grew up and out of Webkinz so I decided to do it myself.. I have to say I find it extremely relaxing, and the games can really keep the older minds on their toes.. I would suggest it for any seniors if for nothing else but the games, but would be lying if I did not say then my little girl dog and little boy Ice Fawn warm my heart when they throw me the little heart kisses., or tell me thank you for buying this for me.. It makes your heart all warm and fuzzy and you know that your not just an old fool the little pets count on you… I am not ashamed to admit I look forward to playing with them each day, and taking care of them… HAVE A WONDERFUL WEBKINZ DAY AND MAY GOD BLESS
I feel the same way ELJUCO1964 we originally started the account when my son was little. He is in high school now and I have been playing Webkinz since we started the account. I really enjoy it as it is very relaxing for me. Age is just a number, anyone can play Webkinz. I do not plan to quit anytime soon. I love decorating rooms and finding rare items in the Curio Shop. The games are fun too.

I have to say, my favorite part of being deluxe is the deluxe prize machine. Not only because of awesome prizes, but I like that someone else gets the same prize as well. Sharing is caring! :)

I actually wish the survey had not stopped at 18 or older, and that we would see the results. I would like to know how many older adults are playing, I think this is very much not just for kids (at least in my house). My son played for a very short time and decided that it wasn’t his thing, in that time I decided it was an enjoyable thing for me.
Webkinz is for everybody. It does not matter your age. Webkinz safe environment keeps ppl safe so kids and adults playing together is fine, but of course ppl have different opinions and views. :)
Speaking of surveys. I used to take the in game surveys all the time for the 50 kinz cash, but I’ve noticed over the past couple months that I no longer receive any kinz cash when I take the survey. Why was the kinz cash reward taken away?
I totally agree with you emi! I’m a teenager too and I would love to see if there are a lot of other teenagers who play webkinz. I really wish we could see the results of the survey!
Yeah. ;P It would be neat to see what the main age group was. I’m guessing it’s about 10-13.
Haha! Same. My parents think Webkinz is nothing but “just another little kids game”, but that isn’t true. Webkinz is a community, where all ages gather in unity. Of course not to mention that they all have something in common…we all love Webkinz!
I can NOT play the game now because that LUCKY CHARM thing keep coming up. HOW DO I GET RID OF IT SO I CAN PLAY. MY HOUR IS ABOUT UP. HELP PLEASE PLEASE.
Once I sign in and am in my pet’s room, I go back to the first page, the sign in page on my dock from my browser and x out of it. You really don’t need it up to be in Webkinz. And look on the news for a very recent, in the last day or two, article about blocking the 3rd party ads, just make sure you get your mom or dad to help you. Lol or my husband in my case! ;-)

I wish I could see the results of it, because I really want to see a poll on the age group of webkinz players. It would be nice to know.. that I’m not alone, being a teen that plays webkinz. =P
Yeah, me too, emi. It would be nice to see the results… If there were a rather large group of teen players like me, I’d feel better knowing about it, but that’s just me.
I think a lot of teens do play, mostly because you get to do fun things, not necessarily childish, but you do them with a more mature mindset. For instance, your house will be more well organized if a more mature player designed it! BTW I’m a teen. Also, btw, I looked at the survey and it seems to be just on Deluxe membership. So it was of no use to me.
As a wise old professor once told my class of law school students (on a daily basis, I might add) “you are each entitled to your one vote!” Ok, that said, for my one vote, there is absolutely nothing wrong with playing Webkinz as a teen. I continue to introduce kids to W world by giving them the plush animals which were once so abundant, but now so hard to find. E.g,. our local Books-A-Million was instructed to take down its entire display of Webkinz and told they would be receiving something new to take its place. Needless to say, and to my utter disappointment, THAT NEVER HAPPENED!! The LAST place in my town to carry NEW Webkinz, and they got dusted!!!!! Webkinz fills different needs for different people–for some it is the social game for which I have no time. However, for me, it is an outlet for MY need to create and decorate! My own home can remain a bastion of modern minimalism, while I can go crazy with my W empire!!! :) My one vote again–as long as YOU enjoy, THAT is all that matters. With that said, ENJOY! k.
Yeah. =] I love chatting with my friends on Webkinz, collecting rare stuff, and making cool rooms! Those are my favorite things to do online. Also, TaffyKitty would know what I mean by me saying that I love talking in the forums and doing roleplays. I always wonder if and when I’ll ever tire of Webkinz and collecting them. I’ve played it for years and have continued to collect the Signatures for years. Honestly, Webkinz is my main source for a good social environment. Everyone is always kind, caring, and really fun to talk with. It’s just a great environment to do whatever you want in.
I think it would be nice to know…. I also think they should do these more times a year. :)

Yeah, I agree, emi. I’m not a teen, and I know I’ll still be playing Webkinz when I am one! ;) I’m kind of curious as to how many other teens play Webkinz, though. It would’ve been nice if they had had the results. I also would’ve liked to have seen what everybody rated the Deluxe games, too.
I think there’s a good amount, I don’t know… I still play this and half my friends still ask why I still have my stuffed animals :3 I still love my Webkinz
