Our goal is to get Pet Medallions back up and running again as soon as possible. You can still continue to collect medallions normally. Only redemption has been turned off.
If you do attempt to redeem a medallion at this time, you will receive a message and then will need to close the window and restart your session.

What is the difference between collecting and redeeming pet medallions. If I catch the floaty-clicky medallion, will it count?
I think what they mean by redeeming is to exchange the pet medallions for an anypet or to finalize an adoption of a completed pet, like the Snowy Retriever.

Haven’t read all the comments, but regarding the note about the medallions, the prize drop medallions may not be credited. I won several at Wacky Zingoz lately, did not see where they were appearing in the count when I checked, logged out and back in and checked again, still no change.
Oh i was wondering why it still looked so low on some after getting.. aw this is no good! I just started liking to collect!

I like the extra Moonbeam Mosaic Tiles, but usually in December or January we get a code for a free Winterfest Cookie. I think giving out one free shows people how cool the prizes are for Winterfest Cookies and it might make them want to purchase a pack of them to get matching prizes. So, I’m surprised we haven’t gotten a cookie code on Podkinz this year. Of course, it’s awesome that our Player Appreciation Day prize from Sophie is a pack of Winterfest Cookies, but still.
Lol, poor Steve.. XD I can relate, I always take extra long to think when I have to answer questions on the spot like that. This was a fun episode though, and I appreciate the two moonbeam gem tiles! =)
