From May 11 – 18, visit Webkinz Newz and look for the floating Adventure Park Plushy. When you click on it, the plushy will be sent back to your Webkinz account. There will be a new plushy available every day, so you will have the opportunity to collect them all!

ok I am so mad at customer service. I have reached out for 2 months with no response. I did not recieve a superbed with my 20th pet. also the adventure they sent us on the one yall advertised for doesnt work. It traps you on the underwater room with rms and refuses to allow you to dig up the prize for some of us that means the adventure park is now unusable. Webkinz is not what i remember. It is truly disheartening.
Having the same problem with the underwater room. I posted on the forums on April 13, just tried to submit to CS, but don’t think that went through. Hopefully they will figure out the adventure park issue. Others in my family were able to complete that quest, so it works sometimes, not all the time.
I read it again, and it clearly states an Adventure Park Plushy code given at the end of the podcast. Very disappointing not to get it!!

The description of the free code items should have included the information that the Adventure Park Map was also one of the random prizes. I too was very disappointed not to receive a plushy as was stated.
