Hi WW Creative Team, I was wondering if you might be allowed to disclose what criteria make for a good entry? While these are no doubt fantastic, most of the reactions of other Webkinz players I talk to agree we saw better ones in the share center or posted on social media (eg. Facebook). Bullseyes had a fantastic Campkinz boathouse, Autumn had a lovely hotel theme fishtank, Boper had an amazingly lovely toadstool wallpaper, just to name a few. We’re just curious what exactly the judges were looking for, with full respect to the decisions made, of course, just to understand your point of view better. Thank you!

Awesome! Thanks for the cool video and the giveaway! Arg, I really wanted to be a finalist and get a pegasus. Is the Webkinz Dire Wolf Pup still available? I was going to get it……

I’ve been on Webkinz for going on 11 years and cannot imagine what my younger self would say to this. OMG!! Thank you so so much for even considering my design and including it in the PodKinz episode. And a big congrats to all the other finalists along with chocolatekat’s wheelchair which I know will be such an important and inclusive new item in to the WShop! I love all the designs that were submitted and I think whichever 5 designs you choose will be wonderful new items in their respective themes. I know we all worked really hard on our designs so thanks to Mandy, Michael and the Ganz team for sharing this with us!

The desinger’s did a great job ! Thank you podkinz for the free codes. I’m so happy to hear you were in the trading room. I thought the Ganz toque was for the webkinz player’s also? There was a player, that goes by fox in webkinz who was wearing a Ganz toque. Thanks for another good podkinz to listen to.

Thanks for this very fun podcast. I love hearing from the artists about their creative process. I liked the original drawings a lot & what the 3D artists did with them is so cool. The increase in interactive items is such a plus, & the changing rotating items are my favorite thing ever! I really like how you calmed down the bright pink & introduced touches of red, it looks great. Thanks for the free codes & have a great weekend, guys!

I love the wheelchair and am so so glad they are making it! :) Congrats to all the designers who were featured and good luck to everyone :) I’m really glad they liked my design how cool is that?! I didn’t expect that they would like it out of all the awesome entries. I would be so excited if it got made into an actual webkinz item! I like how Michael said it would go well with the school theme because that’s what i was thinking when i made it as well as the creative. Lol how Mandy talked about always loosing the handheld sharpeners which is what I always do XD I got the idea for the side sharpener because when I was little we would always have those drilled into the wall at school. There is no greater fear than when your tiny pencil stub gets stuck in it as your teacher is walking over haha! Anyways I would be happy to have any of these items though :) Great job everyone!

Thanks for picking me as a finalist! I am surprised that I made it. There were so many creative and artistic entries. Thank you Ganz!:)

  9. Inkblot says:

Are these all the finalists or will there be more?

My favorites are the Fantasy Theme Column, Hotel Cleaning Cart, Starry Night Telescope, Mighty Jungle Tub, and Diner Menu. And thanks for the codes! I’m really low on on Bakesale Bars, so if you give away more goodies that would be great.
