I have tried 3 times to enter the code and every time I did it says it is wrong. Now I’m locked out for 24 hours! This has been an awful week for the Webkinz News and now this appears to also be a problem. I was wondering if anyone else has had this happened to them?

Oh my gosh, Michael and Mandy, what a thrill it was to hear you read my letter in this Podkinz. Thank you! Thanks, too, for the very thorough answers about your education, background, etc. You both have had some really cool experiences! I’m glad you guys love your job at Ganz and I hope you stay around for a long time, because I’m a big fan and as you can tell from this week, you have LOTS of fans!

TropicalGirl, that was an amazing letter! Congratulations on being featured! Those were terrific questions you had for Mandy and Michael, and their responses were so interesting. I really enjoyed it. Wow–Podkinz 96! Mandy: Happy Ganziversary! As for WKN Week: I loved it! It was a lot of fun, and such a unique idea. On my end–I stalked Micheal in the WKN room, sat on someone’s pet, (so sorry, Dotty!!), and did not meet one member of the WKN team! lol—But I enjoyed it all! I loved starting each morning visiting Ella McWoof (she’s actually one of my favorite hosts–she’s so adorable!) And even though she was typing away, she always had time to give me a neat gift when I visited her. I loved the WKN room; it was so much fun listening to the mini-podkinz. Thank you so much for the collector coins, as well as that fabulous make-up table. I’m looking forward to Webkinz Day. I’ve been playing since Dec 27, 2006, and I love collecting the super-cute posters (family portraits, lol!), and beautiful trophies. I want to share with you a true story about The Power of Webkinz: today, I bought a brand new computer, new monitor, new everything-tech, from a small firm about 40 miles from my community. A very shy and studious-looking young man came to my house to set it up, and he noticed the screen saver on my previous monitor was one of my Webkinz World rooms. His demeanor totally changed—he smiled, he laughed, and said, “Is that from Webkinz??” I said, “yes.” He said, (and this a direct quote): “I loved playing Webkinz when I was a kid; I can’t believe it’s still around!” So I told him it’s still around—bigger and better than ever—and we went on to the site, and I gave him a tour of everything. After he had finished setting up my new system, we went back to Webkinz! Well–this is really funny–my new monitor is quite large…When we returned to Webkinz, the young man said to me: “Wow, this is cool—the screen is so big, it’s like you’re actually a part of the room!” lol. So Michael and Mandy: you will soon be have a new player,. I gave him one of my pets from my collection (with the code), and I could tell he was very happy and eager to get back in the game. To me, this really speaks to The Power of Webkinz. The game broke the ice for me and this young man to work together this morning in setting up my new system, it brought back great memories for him of his childhood, and it bonded two generations, because he promised me I would be the first person he “friended” when he got his WW account set up. This is one very special game! And finally: Thank you for the Daisy Diner Kitchen Trolley. I love it! Thank you for all your hard work this week; I hope you guys have a lovely, relaxing weekend.

Thank you so much for sharing your story, animalsmatter1. The Power of Webkinz…I love it! That young man was very lucky to have you as a customer, and how sweet that you could even give him a Webkinz pet to get started. Way to go getting another Webkinz fan! Also, I agree with you that Webkinz Newz Week was lots of fun. I tried to just take a light-hearted attitude towards meeting the Newz Team, and I knew they were trying their best to get to everyone. Those Clubhouse rooms were crazy but I thought it was fun!
