I just printed this out, and gave it to my friend who is visiting, but when she entered the code, it told her it didn’t exist. Is it not active yet?
It is indeed active right now. I just redeemed it myself. Try again — sometimes the Bs get mistaken for 8s.
EStore customer service is not there . Must be rather busy. When I click the link to write them it is not active. I on the 8th got 20 Log Reindeer but none ever showed up in my WEBKINZ dock . Today I got the SPECIAL Holiday Nutcracker. Mail at top of page says it arrived . BUT IT is NOT in my dock !! I even looked under food . Since they are not receiving calls and I can’t write them. This is hard. Maybe they don’t know their mail is not working. Could you please let them know. I would rather write them instead of tying the phone up . THANKS for helping !! They might not even know .
She entered the code correctly – We checked and double checked – so after the second error message, she logged off. An hour or so later when she logged back on, the rocking horse was in her dock! It was strange, but sometimes glitches happen. Anyway, we’re both happy. Thanks. :-)
