Just a reminder to all of our players that cheating in any form in Webkinz can lead to your account being permanently closed. Cheating includes:
- Using outside tools to acquire or create items, KinzCash, eStore points or pet codes.
- Attempting to hack our systems in any way, for any purpose.
- Exploiting bugs in the game to acquire or create items, KinzCash, eStore points or pet codes.
- Entering another player’s account without their permission, for any reason.
If you discover an exploit or outside tool, please let us know at webkinzsupport@ganz.com right away.
We do not like closing accounts but we must protect our game and make it fair for all players. Please protect all of the hard work you have put into your Webkinz account and do not use exploits or cheats.

I wonder if this is a response to my complaint about a possible hacker being in the Tournament Arena. I got their account name by friending them so I could report the account to webkinz in the Forums page. I made sure to unfriend from that person right after I got their account name written down though. I hope that person’s account has since been deleted.
Thank you for posting this warning for those who misuse the games and good fun here at Webkinz. It’s a shame that people are so greedy that they must cheat.
Webkinz is a fun, family friendly game. If you have to cheat or be a jerk to those who don’t cheat, hopefully Ganz finds you and deletes your accounts. Don’t sit on a prize in the clubhouse while the rest of us wait for you to MOVE!
Peeps want more of an item just start a 2d account . That is what I was told in the EStore a long time ago. But they said get the FREE PET and then add 1 of my own pets . OK thats not too bad I felt pretty comfortable since it was them that told me about doing that and I still had to do all the work and playing myself. S thats not cheating just playing around.

What about the group of Webkinz (they all wear the glasses) who meet up in the trading room and will not trade with you. They just take up space, knock you out of your chair and do flips. So annoying. Plus this blocks others from entering the trading room. Why can’t they meet up in another room?
OH YES I have seen them 3 or 4 all the same puppy .I just wish they would go to a park that they can talk to each other in . They all dress in about the same clothing mostly black .
It’s always something, isn’t it? I was SO glad when that obnoxious gang (yes, they ware an absolute gang in the worst sense) finally got kicked out of the Park a few years back, they were harassing & bullying everyone who wasn’t a member of their tribe. In my opinion, there is no place in Webkinz World for such behavior & it’s unbelievable how much of it is tolerated & ignored by staff.
It’s really sad they we aren’t even safe from that kind of stuff on a game like Webkinz (which is the only game I play – I don’t play video games or anything else). I’m glad I haven’t encountered anything like that yet.

agreed – not fair to cheat or duplicate. we all work very hard for our items and collections!
Thank you for the information. I was wondering if certain characters blocking the characters so that we can not collect prizes is a hack. If not could I ask people to please get your gift and move away from the character so others can get their prize too. I really noticed this with the Goblins in the play house and is was so frustrating.
I think is might be caused by a glitch where a players pet still shows up even when they left the clubhouse. I think this can be avoided by moving away from the ‘free gift collection point’ before you leave the room so that if your pet doesn’t disappear immediately you leave it won’t be in the way. Also I guess some people could be trying to alt + print screen the box they got when they clicked that could take them extra time to move whilst they paste it somewhere.
I think it’s just a glitch, not the fault of the players doing it. Usually clicking on the characters in the clubhouse causes you to stand next to them, not on top of them, so I think something weird is happening there. It is frustrating though, I agree.
PLEASE PLEASE let things be postable !! That way some unwanted item can be sent to a grandchild who WILL LOVE IT !! A WIN WIN !!
I know this is slightly off topic, but has anyone been in kinzchat plus lately and noted whether or not the highlighted text while typing ever came back? I don’t want to get banned for using things off the hidden banned words list, but in trading I’ll sometimes get a warning message for using a word that wasn’t allowed (not swearing, or breaking any of the other rules) when I was just trying to ask if someone had a specific item, and I have no idea which word it was that caused the message to appear. It would be extremely helpful if the highlighted red text would be added to the chat feature again, so I can find a different way to describe something if an item name is banned for some odd reason.
I tend not to use kinzchat plus but I agree red text to show what is not allowed should definitely be a feature! I’ve come across situations in other games where a item/character from the game was not allowed to be mentioned in chat. It seems weird because if an item is tradeble in theory someone could want to ask for it.
