- Using outside tools to acquire or create items, KinzCash, eStore points or pet codes.
- Attempting to hack our systems in any way, for any purpose.
- Exploiting bugs in the game to acquire or create items, KinzCash, eStore points or pet codes.
- Entering another player’s account without their permission, for any reason.
If you discover an exploit or outside tool, please let us know at webkinzsupport@ganz.com right away.
We do not like closing accounts but we must protect our game and make it fair for all players. Please protect all of the hard work you have put into your Webkinz account and do not use exploits or cheats.

What is grey-hat purposes?
White-hat hacking refers to officially-sponsored, ethical, hacking for the purpose of discovering and patching glitches and loopholes. Grey-hat hacking is someone who , also ethically, hacks to discover glitches, albeit not with official permission.

One time when I was trading with someone I had an expensive item. The computer was so choppy that it duplicated the item! I wasn’t trying to do it! Please don’t ban me! I had my account for 4 years!

So I have a question about the first bulletin. Does that mean we can’t buy Webkinz from other people? Like if I want to buy a signature new with tag to adopt into my account, then will I get banned? I hope not since there’s no other way to adopt the signature Arctic fox:( plus goodwill has a ton new with unused tags
The first bullet point refers to hacking, not selling on the secondary market.
I was trying to pull up the rules for the Moonlight Delight contest, but it just pulled up the contest entry form in a smaller window. I noticed this was true of other contests as well. Is anyone else having this problem?
Hey, Sally Webkinz! I have a question. I contacted webkinzsupport@ganz.com about my Webkinz Account because It wouldn’t let me send friend requests but I didn’t get an message or any thing from them. I contacted them weeks ago with no answer. I don’t know what to do now. Umm, should I contact somewhere else? What should I do? Any advice will help! (:
I’m not sure if this is a glitch or if it was done on purpose, but the Webkinz studio bans harmless words. For example: you can’t say “Thank goodness” but you can say “Thank evil”. It also won’t let you use a lot of names, like “Cleo”, or other words, like “East”. This makes it really hard to make a Webkinz version of Romeo and Juliet. For the balcony scene, I had to say: “Bob! Bob! Where are you Bob?” and “It is that way, and you are the sun.” I can live with it, but I would like to know why the Webkinz studio does this.

I have a question about something about my Webkinz Account that did not work since I played Webkinz. Can someone from the Webkinz Team plz reply to this? When I tried to friend request Mandy And Micheal it said to me, I’m sorry. You already have 8 invitations out that have not been answered. Please wait before sending another invitation. And it said that for me for a very long time and it still will not let me send a friend request to anybody. I think it is saying this because I probally sent a friend request to somebody that stoped playing Webkinz Classic and now i don’t know what to do because it keeps saying this. Who can I contacted to get this fixed? Uhh, is this a glitch? I need help… Plz
