Open 3 Material Pick Packs
Collect Material Pick Packs from the vending machine outside of the Curio Shop in Kinzville each day. Open 3 of them and pick materials to complete this task. If you already have them in your dock, you can complete this task right away.
Make something on the Gem Crafting Table
Tap on the Gem Crafting Table in the Curio Shop and pick one of the recipes to craft. If you don’t have a lot of gems, there are a few that only require Slag and some general material.
Get a score of 10000+ in Smoothie Moves
Head to the Arcade, tap on any Arcade machine and choose Smoothie Moves from the list. This can be a tough one — I find level 5 to be pretty challenging, so make sure you clear it as quickly as possible.
Purchase something from the Spirit Shop or the Skill Shop at the Kinzville Academy
Take your collected Academy Ribbons and spend them on some new school swag from the Skill Shop or upgrade a pet’s skills by purchasing Skill Cards. No minimum spend for this to count.
Craft any recipe on the Carpenter’s Bench
Tap on any Carpenter’s Bench to see the list of recipes you have available. Choose any of them to craft and complete this task.
Collect the floating Magic W three times
Look for the Magic W floating across the screen. You can collect it up to three times per day!
Earn 200 KinzCash playing Atomicolicious
Head to the Arcade, tap on any Arcade unit, and select Atomicolicious from the list. Play as many games as you need to earn 200 KinzCash. You don’t have to win to finish this task, so maybe match those KinzCash icons a little more than you might otherwise!
Bounce on the Bouncy Castle at the Farmer’s Market
The Farmer’s Market is in Kinzville on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, from 6am to 11pm KinzTime. Tap on the Bouncy Castle to have your pet jump!
Buy something from the Arcade Shop
Head to the Arcade, tap on the Arcade Shop at the back of the Arcade and choose something to spend your Arcade Tickets on! If you don’t have any Arcade Tickets, play a few Arcade games to earn some.
Visit a friend’s house on two different days
Tap on the Friend Center at the top right and then choose a friend from your friend’s list that allows visits and tap Visit Home. If you don’t have any friends, head to Kinzville and send some friend requests! Visit a friend’s house on two different days to complete this task — it doesn’t have to be different friends, so you can visit the same friend both days.

finished the season for the first time in a while
Atomicolicious is not working right. I’m not accumulating points. Help
Can’t believe we are at the end already. A nice season and some cool items.
PPS: Why does the 512 door not work? And why do my yards keep changing sizes? Also, is there a limit to how much you can earn a day to vacation points? Is it capped at 100 points or can we earn more than that? Also, I’ve asked this before but why can I not remove myself from the show in friend finder, I uncheck it and no matter how I do it it is always checked off when I go back in.
If you cannot use a door, it’s generally because there are items too close to it that interfere with pathfinding. Try clearing away all of the items. Yards will increase as you adopt or spark pets, to a maximum 5×5 grid for each property. These expand in order of property list. The first property will expand fully before the second one starts to expand, etc. Yes, Travel Points are capped at 100. Please send in a Help message regarding the friend finder.
I found out the issue with the door (which btw the room was empty) I had apparently a stuck flower in the way. Possibly in the changing of the pot sizes for growing items? Anyway, fixed. I wasn’t clear on the yard issue whereby it has actually grown and shrunk and grown again. May have just been a glitch in the matrix as it hasn’t changed in a week so far. The travel points had me very confused because I had over 500 when I went in to play after not being in the agency for a long time so I thought they would keep growing (I’m guessing there was a change there too that I missed). All is well now. Oh and the friend finder issue I’ve tried over and over for help on that and get the same response that you have to ‘back out’ to get it to change but that isn’t the case, it will change, but the second I close the settings and go back in it is check marked again. Thanks so much.
Sorry to ask these questions here but newer Ganz posts seem to garner the most attention.
1. Why do my inactive pet requests not show up even though I don’t have them hidden? And do they need to be out of bed to trigger requests?
2. Can there please be a pause put on the request timers to allow for loading times to other areas? I often can’t catch the task because it takes so long to load the arcade, home, park etc.
3. Can someone also please explain how family score affects points for the free vacation? Is it by full hearts? Tasks, requests, a certain amount of family score earned each day? How much is needed for the 100 points? I’m very confused.
PS: Why does the resort glitch so much? Things that have happened recently…
Pets disappear from boat mid fishing while the fish is being caught the tapping stops and I have to either exit the resort or completely close the app if all the controls disappear.
The boat gets stuck on the return trip to the dock, leaving my pets stuck, again either have to close the app or possibly just leave the resort.
Taking the trip around the island (which is so freaking cool btw) has also frozen and I have to again exit one of the two ways.
Same with dining – I’ve had all my pets eat and then they leave the table and freeze.
The last one I can remember right now is my pets getting completely separated from each other where the one in control can move all over the place while the others are stuck.
Thanks in advance for any clarification.
You’ll only receive pet requests from inactive pets if your current pet’s heart is full. The activities listed when you tap the button under the Family Score award Travel Points. There is a maximum of 100 Travel Points that can be earned at any one time. If you have 100, you won’t earn more and must use them on a Vacation to clear them. It sounds like you’re having connection or memory issues if your vacation activities are failing. The usual recommendations apply: quit/restart the application and/or the computer, check your internet signal, quit any other active applications before playing, or turning down the graphics quality. If your non-baby request goes down to the last 30 seconds, you can get an extra minute of time. If your loading time is taking longer than the 2 minutes allocated to the request, it definitely sounds like the app is running slowly on your device.
Thanks for the head’s up on the inactive pets, I have now started seeing them show up but almost every time I click on the notice the pet shows up WITHOUT a request. I was thinking I wasn’t catching the message fast enough or something but it has now become a hit or miss on whether they will explain what they want. I’m keeping an eye on it. Mentioned the points above, I was thrown off by having so many more than 100 when I went into the agency. Also regarding vacation and connection issues, I always know when that is an issue with the message that pops up and then being logged out. But I’ve also since found that the vacation fishing issue happens if I leave my computer for too long (but not long enough to be logged out) also applies to the pets no longer sticking together. Not a good thing that we can’t leave our computer to use the bathroom without running into this issue or being logged out. And being logged out is WAY too fast when pretty much the whole world knows to log out themselves from a shared computer. It’s actually quite annoying having to keep logging in. (classic as well but at least it has a work around). Loading time OFTEN depends on where you are going, if having to go home for a bath and your house is large it takes a loooooonnnnnnnnng time to load and I don’t like having to jump to another property to play the game but again I’ve just had to adapt to a different way to play and pray. Which I really shouldn’t have to do. Even going from the shops varies in loading times depending on size and pets inside. I actually wish that 30 second warning was at a minute. I will, however, say that I’m pretty impressed that initial loading of the game has significantly dropped in loading time and that has been nice. I’m not kidding when I say there were times I was waiting up to 15 minutes for the login page. Not fun when you are trying to hit the market before it closes. lol Anyway, thanks for the replies, muchly appreciated albeit oddly late.
I was just reminded, as it just happened again, the issue with the pet requests and timing. I JUST came out of the kinz academy to a request from my pet that had 13 seconds left of time. THIS should not happen and I’ve noticed it when playing games and other things. They should coincide with our present activity and not require leaving an area for another with such little time.
