When I bought Deluxe Membership on Jan 1st with the discount, I received the Sky Coaster, not the Hanging Gardens. I also received the December box instead of the January Box, but I got the gown.
I hope someone can help me with this problem? I know this is off topic. My deluxe membership was renewed July 19 2020 and I never got my item for doing it. I have sent many emails with no one fixing this. I know the COVID19 has not helped my problem. I really want my free gift so that I renew again this year. Thank you HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
Ok, quick question. I just bought another year of deluxe, but I went with getting the code so I can use it once my 2020 deluxe runs out. Will I get the 2021 items when I redo the subscription or will it be the 2020 items?
I always get the item that came with the code when I purchase the code, not when I use the code.
I am glad this was the winning entry. Although it was not the one I voted for, it was one of my favorites. I love that your finished product is so close the original. I won’t be getting the dress, though. I bought my deluxe membership for next year earlier this month when it was 50% off and used the savings to get a membership for my godchild. It is a lovely dress, but not as lovely as the face of a young child with a deluxe membership. So I am happy I did not wait. However, if the dress became available for purchase separately or as part of a promotion later in the year, I might be interested.

Hover over the purple ‘Newz Blog’ tab above, and click on ‘Recent News’ in the drop down menu. Search the articles for the one that I mentioned with Mayor Sophie. Let me know how you do, and if needed I will keep trying to get hints through.
This is definitely another eye-catching, over-the-top item for collectors to covet! Among the finalists, this design really caught my eye. I look forward to seeing it function in-game the way that Thetwistedfrosty described. Is it strange that I actually like the original design better? The designs are very similar and the artists have done a good job of staying pretty close to the original. There’s just something about it – maybe it’s the shading in the leaves and the water that just seem to give it more motion and softness (there are spots in the original where you can even see glimpses of the white building through the water, and I really like that). I do like the clean crisp lines of the building model in the WW artists’ rendering. I guess I just wish that there was a way to make the plants and water look soft and fluid at the same time. I look forward to seeing how it all looks in the actual game. Great job @Thetwistedfrosty, and congrats on being selected for this honor!

I appreciate how true the design team stayed to the original drawing. Not to mention that adding the beautiful dress to the mix is very exciting! I will be looking forward to getting mine when I renew again in the late spring of the coming year.
