I need some help! I bought 2 Deluxe Memberships on Black Fri, they both went into effect on the 26th. I have not seen my points added 2 either account for Dec. How long do I wait before I contact customer service. Still waiting for a reply from them on another issue that I sent in over a week ago? Getting frustrated. Thanks anyone who can shed some light on this.
Customer service will get back to you. Sometimes it just takes awhile. I would let them know right away what heppened.
