Hey there arcade enthusiasts! The Home Before Dark Arcade Challenge arrives in Webkinz World on Monday, October 12th, and players who complete the Challenge by Sunday, October 18th, will win some cool prizes!
But don’t leave this challenge until the last minute… some tasks will take some time to complete.
Here’s how to play: Starting on Monday, October 12th, look for the Home Before Dark Arcade Challenge icon in your pet’s room. It will be displayed along the left side of the room (web and desktop app only):
Click on the icon to review your tasks. There are 3 tasks you’ll need to complete by midnight, October 18th (EST) to earn all of the prizes:
- Earn 200 KinzCash playing Home Before Dark at the Arcade
- Make 20 wishes playing Wishing Well 2 in the Arcade
- Win 4 Games of Link’D at the Tournament Arena
Play Home Before Dark in the Arcade on Webkinz.com or the desktop app and help the pets find their way home by rotating tiles to create pathways to their houses.
Complete all of the tasks before time runs out and you’ll win a Jack O’Lantern Candelabra with a NEW Home Before Dark Window!
How far can YOU get playing Home Before Dark? Let us know in the comments below!
I’d love to have that window but it would take me forever to do those tasks!
I love that Trojan horse room!
Imma pass on this one. I wish I could do it, but I just don’t have time.
I really love how they’re displaying rooms when they announce challenges. What a great room design!
Why does one task have to be tournament arena? It’s not right to have someone lose multiple times so someone else can win. Webkinz is supposed be fun, not stressful. The tournament arena should not be used in competition for challenges.
Do you have any Webkinz host characters like Mr. Moo, Amanda Panda, and Ms. Cowaline on your friends list? If not, send them a friend request and play against them in the tournament arena – they are much easier to beat.
Alphaowlbear is right; I only play against NPCs for challenges. My only gripe is that I can’t do tasks at the Clubhouse, Tournament Arena, or Park at work because of the firewall.
I agree with Alphaowlbear – I use Sheldon Turtle to play Link’d. He seems to be the easiest player for me to win against.
I have always loved this game!!! And the prizes are really cool, looking forward to adding these to my webkinz house :D
Whew, thank goodness it’s Link’d and not Checkers… Great prizes, Webkinz! Great “Trojan Horse” room, Gappytoo :D
Super excited about this challenge, have Loved playing the previous ones like it, I think they’re ingenious, but also, props to The Trojan Horse room design!!
Can’t wait!
home before dark is one of the easiest games. link’d? not so much!
