Off topic – trying to purchase diamonds and a Season Pass, and nothing happening when click on the price. Noticed that arrow stays white too. Doesn’t it turn green if active. Please help – would like the extras and have plans for the diamonds.
What device are you using? It can sometimes take a few moments to load before turning green. How is your internet connection?
I use a laptop, but it is 7 years old, and the connection is good. Do not have issues with games or downloading.
The arrow is green when I click on doors between rooms.
Is this Microsoft or Apple? I’d suggest giving the machine a reboot, then making sure you’re logged into the Microsoft Store or the App Store before launching Webkinz Next. If that doesn’t work, contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com

Please don’t make him like the ghost/wool balls, etc. He should be constantly findable. I don’t know how a game which is intended for children has them spending ages gazing at a screen waiting for the current item when they ought to be out playing or doing schoolwork, etc, which would be better for their health and education.

Soon to be finding our lucky gold! On another note, Sally Webkinz…the last two times I have played the Snowman game in town it has disappeared leaving us standing around with our snow ball shooters still on our backs and nothing to fire them at. Are you aware of this issue? I was in first place the first time it happened and in third place when it happened this evening. Very frustrating considering how long it takes to finish the construction.
It’s possible the event ended before the snowman was built — there is a time limit for completion.
Okay, thank you for the response, however, it should still award a prize. It happened again this evening. I was in 1st place and it timed out and I get nothing for all of my time?? Not very nice to me or the other players left standing there.
