Hello! I believe I purchased my Deluxe membership (one month, currently) on the 16th or 15th of February, and I have no received my points for March. Unless you never give out points to one-month memberships every month anymore? I checked that my membership automatically renewed, and it has.
This has always happened several times on my accounts in the past, I was hoping this had been fixed now that I’ve returned to the game…I hope it’s not this buggy for everyone else as well.

Hello. What is the purpose of non-sellable items? If we change our mind or if it is not what we thought, why can’t we get rid of it? It would be nice to be able to clean up or docks of these items we have collected along the way. If you don’t want to ad value to them, maybe we could sell them for 1K or pay a small recycle fee to do the job.
Non-sellable items are generally eStore items. This prevents children from accidentally selling items that have been purchased with real money. If you don’t want an item, place it in your dock and contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com and list the items you would like deleted from your account.
I understand why we can’t sell eStore items, but why can’t we sell some of the items that we won from challenges, my dock is very long because of things that I can’t sell and only three of those items are from estore.
Can you give an example? Many of the prizes have been eStore items, even if you didn’t purchase them yourself. And you can always ask customer service to remove any items you don’t want.

Skittles … Starburst … Jelly Belly Jelly beans… Jolly Ranchers … SweetTarts … US calls them Smarties; Canadians call them Rockets. There are a lot of different Rainbow ‘flavors’ out there.

Sophie it would be better to give out estore points instead of a random item that people might not even like, and then they’ll be stuck with it forever.
You do not have to collect the item if you don’t want it.

I like the idea of a E-store points but you get E-store points every month if your deluxe and Helping paw people get 1000 a week if there friends play a lot! In conclusion, I don’t care what ever prize we get. They’re always good!

It is a fountain and it is 1×1 in size. I found out by searching Ganz estore for ‘rainbow teapot’
