Special Report With Sally Webkinz

Tis the season… for gingerbread! There’s nothing quite like these heavily spiced cookies to put me in the mood for the holidays. Most of the gingerbread in Webkinz World are pet specific foods, but there are a few treats that can be obtained in other ways.

So which gingerbread treat looks tastiest to you? I’m torn between the Gingerbread Roll and the Gingerbread Pancakes — nonstandard, for sure, but they both look so deliicous!

I harvest a gingerbread roll from a plant in my farm. Takes a few days, but my Webbies don’t mind waiting.

Hi Sally! Awesome report! I love Gingerbread Pancakes. I’ve had them at my local International House of Pancakes. They appear on the menu at holiday time. I also think that Gingerbread Monkey cookie is sooo cute!

Mmmmmmm… thanks Sally Webkinz!! My mom makes these awesome iced gingerbread cookies that are soft and yummy and never seem to stick around long enough, so I would probably pick the gingerbread biscuits, just because they remind me of ours. But I think that I would be happy to try any of them!

Hi @miriammilner74! Thank you! I agree – my mom is the best! We’d love to have you over for dinner, but, since that doesn’t work for a lot of people right now, I’m sending you virtual cookies. Much safer! We have always had a gas stove and oven, and I have a special set of oven mitts that are joined by a long strip of fabric so I am completely covered and protected because I have a justifiable fear of getting burned. I have a family member who loves oatmeal cookies. I’m sorry that you got burned while baking yours. I’m a little more comfortable with the stove top, and don’t mind making batches of chocolate fudge for Christmas. We have a recipe for no bake cookies that we all enjoy and I would be happy to share. I hope you have a good week too!
