Steve Webkinz here! As a sort of continuation of my previous Special Report about the Webkinz mobile app, here’s a look at what’s been updated and added to our list of Webkinz arcade games!
As part of our efforts to move more of Webkinz onto a new code base and have it run on mobile devices, Ganz has been working with a 3rd party company to help update many of our classic arcade games, while also adding some fun new ones!
When the Webkinz mobile app launched in 2013, there were very few games in its arcade. We only had Crafty Canaries, Goober’s Atomic Adventure, Hoppy Little Rocketship, and a mobile version of the Wheel of Wow for people to play.
Since then, we’ve updated and added a few classics to the mobile arcade, which were then also updated on Webkinz.com, including: Atlantiles, Cash Cow, and Polar Plunge!
We’ve also added a whole bunch of NEW games that are quickly becoming just as popular, including: Dogbeard’s Gold, Hatch the Dragon, Jumbleberry Blast, Ms. Cowoline’s Rollcall, and Pet Party Parade!
The good news is that we have several more games in the production pipeline, including more updates to current classics, along with more NEW games that are going to be tons of fun!
Our next game is another new one, arriving on February 14th! Here’s a sneak peek at what it looks like:

Does playing a game on the mobile app count towards challenges online?
Not generally. It may sometimes, but it’s not officially supported.
For the new games I like Hatch the Dragon. For the classics, there’s so many great ones. My most played ones are: Eager Beaver, Goober’s Lab, Stardrops, Spree, Wishing Well 2, Jumleberry Fields and Tile Towers. I also love and play these ones often as well: wacky zingoz, Smoothie Moves, Ant Mania, Candy Bash 2, Cash Cow 2, Color Storm, Go-Go- Googles, Hungry Hog, Leapin’ Llama, Lily Padz 1 & 2, Dex Dangerous and the Lunar Lugbotz, Picnic, Pinky’s Big Adventure, Pumpkin Patch Protector, Quizy’s Word Challenge, Tunneling Twigzy, Wacky’s Bullseye Batter, WackyER Zingoz,and Zingoz Pop. I hope they will all be converted to work on the app. I also hope they don’t get changed too much. I like the way they look now. I’m hoping for a Dashing Dolphins redo too, it’s a fun game but could use better movement.
I love playing these games but I can’t get any of the new ones to play on my computer. Any help would be nice.
Jumbleberry fields!! I’d also love app challenges. My computer crashes every time I try to play a game in arcade and tournament arena (I’ve tried on 3 different computers and tried different browsers.. I just don’t get it) so I couldn’t do the Winterfest challenge. Very frustrating and a main reason I will not go delux!
Steve, my favorite game is Colorstorm.. Please can you make it happen for the new app.. I would be lost without it. I remember when it left the arcade for a period of time..I begged for it back and was so happy they brought it back. Thanks

Ahh, that upcoming game looks fun!! I hope it isn’t gonna be Deluxe-only, though. XP I also hope that not all the old games will be remodeled, because I’m a majorly nostalgic person. But I do like the remodeled version of Polar Plunge!
It’s not just nostalgia. The new versions are all awful on their own merit, from the new look to trying to play them. (In my opinion, even Polar Plunge.)
I’m sure it will be Deluxe only because that’s mostly what Webkinz is now. So sad for those of us who can’t afford it. :(
please, please please do wacky zingoz and wackyer zingoz so we can still have wackyfest on the app!

This new game looks great!! Tile Towers is an absolute MUST to add! I live to play that game lol Some others I’d like to see eventually are the solitaires, Goober’s Lab, and the daily activites games like the Deluxe Wheel, Wishing Well, Jumbleberry Fields, and SPREE!
