i need to save the enough medallion for the kiwi bird for my third pet.
It’s a cute pet, but I don’t really like the pet special item (and I’m not the biggest fan of birds). I’ll still grab the floating medallions, but I’ll probably trade them for anypet medallions.

I would like to know more about this little bird. like… is this a real bird in life? What is it’s normal habitat?.Where are they from?. ect. Knowing these things would help me greatly in designing this little sweetie’s room.
The kiwi is a real bird in real life! It kind of reminds me of the kiwi fruit! It’s from New Zealand I believe. If you look it up or ask a friend you’ll probably be able to find out more!

They are from New Zealand. They are flightless and have poor vision, but have a good sense of smell.

You can! If you go into my pets and click the second tab at the bottom labelled “medallions” you can track them on both web and mobile!
Thx 2 the Player who designed this adorable little Bird! My request is one I think lots of players, especially newbies, have: exactly where will the floating medallions NOT appear and what should we NOT be doing to be able to see the floating medallions? example-can we use the stove and still expect to see the floaty? exactly what areas should we avoid while trying to see the floaty? It would be great if this info was also explained for EACH of these kinds of events.
They float in most places but not while you’re playing arcade games, If you’re in your room they’ll float no matter what you’re doing in it (puzzle, dressing pet,etc) Try doing things in the Magical forest, it will keep you busy while you wait
I’ll spend awhile at the academy training pets and haven’t seen any float by, so I’m guessing floaty clicky events don’t appear there (or this is something that needs to be looked into, if they are supposed to). I answered over 15min of questions at Quizzy’s Question Corner but didn’t see any, and then found a floating medallion within 10min after I’d jumped to another area of webkinz world. I really wish floaty clicky events would appear at Quizzy’s, because answering trivia helps waiting time to pass a lot faster.

No. It’s only available in April. But the good news is is if you log in on Webkinz day you get 25 medallions in your prize box!
