so i logged in a few minutes ago to collect my extra 25 kiwi coins, unfortunately with those i only had 94, so even if i collect all five today, i will be one kiwi coin short!!! is there anything i can do about this??? i don’t have 10 of any other one pet medallion to trade for an any pet coin)$): help!!!
The kiwi isn’t going anywhere. When you get 10 of another pet, you can exchange it for an AnyPet Medallion and apply it to your kiwi until you reach 100.
I have been on for about 4 hours total today and I am not sure why only 2 kiwi bird medallions have floated by… I can’t spend much more time on Webkinz today and I need to get all 4 to be able to receive the bird by the end of the month, what should I do?
I collected about 70 pet medallions for the kiwis bird, but I personally preferred the other pets and would rather have those sooner. So, when I realized you had that many, I wanted to trade 10 for any other let medallion. I traded them all but it didn’t give me a medallion for any other pet. I collected another either in the 20s or 30s and traded them again watching carefully but again I didn’t receive a trade back. I don’t know what to do. Why did this happen!???
If you’re trading in for Any Pet Medallions, it should show your total at the top left

Yes, there are mystery medallions p=floating around every day but they’re not that common, and they might not be the kiwi.
How do you trade in the medallions for the Kiwi pet & prizes?
I logged in today to my account and received my Webkinz Day gift, but it only included 1 Kiwi medallion! The article above states that it is supposed to include 25 Kiwi medallions!!! What happened?
The medallion with the blue bow on it is actually a gift box. Once you drag it into your pet’s room, it will open up and deliver your 25 Kiwi Bird Pet Medallions to your collection.
I have deluxe and free accounts. On my free accounts I only got one kiwi medallion and on my deluxe I got the 25 gift box. On my deluxe I actually have one extra so I think it also gave me the one (making it 26 from the gift bag).

I was on all day yesterday and didn’t get one medallion! What gives? How are we supposed to get the kiwi at the end if its impossible to get the medallions? I have put a lot of money into this game and am super not happy right now. I will now be 4 short of the goal because of this. I was in every room and stayed around all day. That is a lot of time to put into a game for nothing. I spend way too much to do that. This needs to be fixed. Otherwise your going to lose your customers. Myself included.
If a medallion does not appear within 5-7 minutes, log out and try again.
Ok… but I still lost that day because there was no medallions. So I won’t get the kiwi bird now. What do I need to do about that?
You can try contacting webkinzsupport@ganz.com . Otherwise, you can trade other pet medallions for Any Pet medallions and apply them to the Kiwi.
I’m puzzled about something that has happened. I have two accounts, one which I started long ago, and one which I started this year when I got back into Webkinz. I started collecting kiwis on the first day and have always gotten all four floaters on both accounts every day–I always get the message on both accounts that I have gathered my four for the day and if I want more I should go Deluxe. Yet this morning on my original account I was able to collect my last four floaters and adopt my kiwi. On the second account my four floaters only brought me up to 98! How did this happen? I mean, I’m not going to expire from grief if I don’t get my kiwi on the second account until tomorrow, but I don’t understand how it happened if I gathered all four tokens every single day since April 1. Thanks!

You can trade ten of any other pet medallions for one Any Pet medallion. Do this five times and get your Kiwi. You can collect those other medallions again over time.
