Has your pet been asking you to play a game called “Grand Grotto” that isn’t in the Arcade?
It seems like some pets in Webkinz World may have temporarily developed some psychic abilities, seeing into the future!
We are indeed working on a whole NEW game called Grand Grotto, which will be coming soon to desktop, web, and mobile!
Here’s a very early sneak peek at the splash screen:
The most we can tell you right now is that Grand Grotto is a super-fun puzzle game which will feature 50 unlockable levels! And the first you complete level 50, you’ll be awarded the Grand Grotto Trophy!

Strange request! I have adopted the Ribbon Unicorn. It will not allow me to play and games special to the Ribbon Unicorn, and I haven’t received any “goodie” bag. I have no idea who to contact about this. Could someone please assist and point me in the right direction. Thank you
There are two versions of the Ribbon Unicorn. If you have the one with the darker colors, you have the old one. The Pet of the Month is the pastel-colored Ribbon Unicorn. If you have the pastel pet and still cannot participate, please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com
Very disappointed. Why have two pets with the very same name? This just doesn’t seem right. It was just stated the Ribbon Unicorn was pet of the month, didn’t designate that there were two pets of the same name!
I have a question. When the pet asks you to play learn and play questions and you have answered all the questions years ago, what do you do? Can you make it so we can answer questions from the calendar?
I second that notion, or just stop asking for that when a player has completed all the questions. Some days I get that request at least half a dozen times…..grrrr

Aha, that was a strange request. XDD I don’t think I ever gotten that request though. Nice to know there’s a new game coming soon! Hopefully, it plays good!

Ah cool! I can’t wait to try it- if it’s not Deluxe.
I get requests to play games that have already been played, so I send them on vacation when the pets are sad.

I would. When was the last time your pet asked to play a deluxe only game? I can’t speak for anyone else, but my pet has never asked for a game I can’t play. [Not including the fact that Grand Grotto is not out yet XD]
That’s true! The pets probably wouldn’t be asking if it was Deluxe. (I’m sure they just implemented that request early by mistake)
