With a pickle?!? A watermelon I would have understood… but a Pickle??!? Does this have anything to do with that legend of the Christmas pickle tradition? The end result is beautiful, and I will probably make it in WW, but it’s just one of those foods that it will be better off not to know where it came from. LOL

Well, I dont know if you want to eat pickles and jelly and lemon meringue…but you can make layered drinks using juice and gatorade/powerade type drinks. (I’ve even used soda once or twice). The best part is you can make it any colors you want! Just be careful to put the color that’s the most dense, usually with the most sugar, on bottom.
