My secret source told me that on January 9, one theme in the W Shop will become available to Deluxe Members only (hmm…I wonder which one it’ll be? I’m partial to most of them myself!). But I was also told that if you don’t want to miss out on anything, you can always drop by the eStore to become a Deluxe Member today!

I’m going to stop getting on and buying webkinz if they keep on doing this. I can’t even afford being deluxe.
I agree, this isn’t just an award for those with deluxe. It’s pressuring the non-deluxe to beg their parents for deluxe accounts. I’m a big collector of webkinz, but I think I’m going to slow down, and just get the webkinz I really love, not just any one I don’t already have, becuase the site is getting to be no longer worth the price for the animals. :’(
Our family has a lot of webkinz too. This is the 1st year all the kids have NOT ask for webkinz for Christmas. They have lost their favorite games to deluxe, webkinz newz is a mess with no kinzcash for arcade games, and glitches instead of fixes for old problems. Not fun anymore. sad because webkinz has been a part of out lives since its 2nd year.
i just signed up for deluxe but now i think that’s a mistake. deluxe doesn’t mean getting new items anymore, just getting the same old items. and i have no reason to buy new plushies either-looks like everything is getting turned into deluxe only.
I never thought of it like that before! Ganz, please listen to us! Not only are you pressuring us non-deluxe members too hard to become deluxe, but the ones already deluxe are just getting the same old items. All you are doing is making people upset!
why do they take everything away from us? i wanted to go to vacation island but NOOOO, it’s for deluxe members only. And i wanted to compete in webkinz stadium but NOOOO it’s for deluxe only. it’s not fair. that’s why i’m asking for a deluxe membership for my birthday ;)
I’d ask for deluxe membership for my birthday (which is in a few days, yay!) but my parents are the type that don’t like complicated things, and to become deluxe you have to make a ganz estore account and my parents wouldn’t do that, I know :(
This is not about rewarding Deluxe members. It is about “punishing” those who aren’t. Non-Deluxe are being squeezed to become Deluxe. That’s what this is all about. I thought part of life was learning to resist pressure. I still think it is.
I have a plan for all non deluxe members. Save up kinzcash then buy every room theme, then, on January 9th u will know which one is Deluxe. Now if you don’t know don’t delete all the room themes just in cas
Well, your plan sounds pretty good, but won’t it take long to save up enough kinzcash to buy all the room themes? Also, some of us have already figured out that the city styling theme is the one retiring to deluxe by looking at the web address at the top of the page, so why don’t we just buy from that theme?
