Have you noticed toy balls falling from the sky in Kinzville? Make sure you collect them!
Every twenty balls can be exchanged for a randomly selected toy.
Collect up to fifty balls a day.
Candy Cane Collection
The Candy Cane Collection Event is a fun way to earn prizes with your friends. Click on the large candy cane in Kinzville to collect your first Candy Cane.
Then, request three more candy canes from your friends. You can only make three requests a day so be sure to request candy canes from friends who are online.

What do we do with the playsets? Are they just decorations? I can’t open and play with them

I have never traded before. How do I do it? Do I have to wander around Kinzville to see if you are there? I now have two drums that you can have if you still need them. Even if you have already received these from someone else, I would still appreciate your telling me how to proceed with trading for future reference.
I like all the prizes in both events this year. I wish more of them could be sold. I’m sure you meant 4 requests a day for the candy cane requests. Everyone has been very nice to return my requests. Thanks Webbies.
Candy cane event doesn’t award credits. Plus I don’t like that you can’t win all the prizes just by a daily click.
I’m Ruby Cosmicnight_1 if you ever see me around. I know the candy cane event is almost over, but I’m on at least twice a day so I can help with future collection events. In my experience, people have been very generous with sending the candy canes.
Is anyone else having trouble with the stained glass window from the premium prizes this season? The top stained glass section doesn’t show in my room and I’m unable to edit/move it. Either way, love the prizes. The garland is my absolute favorite!!
I haven’t purchased the season pass, but I would recommend contacting Webkinz support to help you fix this. I have had issues in the past with other furniture not appearing in my room and they have helped fix this for me.
I did, thanks for the tip. They said they forwarded the issue to their tech team. They put the window back in my dock, and I added it back to a different room thinking that’s the issue but it’s the same thing. Luckily, I put it where I wanted it this time lol. I hope it eventually gets fixed because it’s such a cute window.
